One year ago in August of 2015 I bought and had delivered an expensive 8 piece dining set with a leather bench. At the time of delivery the furniture was placed on a thick carpet in the dining area by the delivery people. So far everything was ok, and it all looked ok. Then after a few monts the leather on the bench broke, we moved the chairs to a flat floor area and found that all the chairs also were serverly misaligned. Naturally we contacted the company and they had someone coming to look at the damage. The repairman filed in the report that the chairs were so misaligned that they could not be repaired and needed replacement. The bench he found to be repairable, and I was very ok with his assessment. Then it was all quiet from the company, I started asking questions about progress after 3 weeks about the progress. At first everything sounded ok and they said they would come back to me shortl with a resolution,, and that is what they did over and over again, new delays, never a clear answer, new delays and postponining just by not answering, finally the "customer success manager" got involved.

Now 4 months after, and after contacting them 9 times I finally got a definitive that there was no warranty that covered this. WHAT? I have 7 misalligned chairs, verified by theor repairman to be beyond repair and must be replaced I have one sitting bench with poor quality leather that broke at the place noone is normally sitting. I make my claim inside the normal 1 year window of consumer warranty claim And they just say, sorry not covered! Then what is covered if this is not. Absolutely nothing is covered it seems unless you see it within 24 hours. So people, a big fat warningsign when dealing with these guys and bedroomfurniturediscounts. They promise big and delivers nothing on their warranty. If you are buing anything from them be aware because you are at your own risk and expense. Trond
Not poor qualilty furniture but faulty furniture with broken glass, chipped wood, incomplete pieces, etc. with no customer service just lies and more lies with no intention to right the wrongs just more run arounds and lies! You are better off throwing your money out the windows of your car while driving down a dirt road!
This company sells in bad faith. I purchased a new dining room set and was delivered the set with a broken and repaired chair. I reported the chair immediately but their customer service is terrible and unwilling to replace the chair. The leg on the chair is held together with wood puddy and is unstable. They refuse to take the chair back and replace it. They sent me a replacement part and want me to repair myself. This is unbelivable because they expect me to dig out the wood puddy which further distorts the paint and unstableness of the chair. They are TOTALLY UNWILLING TO MAKE GOOD ON MY PURCHASE.
