I ordered a pair of shoes that took almost TWO weeks to arrive. When they did, the wrong size shoe was in the box, even though the box had the right size listed on it.
I called customer service and was told they could order me a new pair but they would have to charge my credit card again. I told them I would not pay twice for the shoes so I returned the shoes and asked for the correct size.
After nearly two weeks, they received the return, charged my credit AGAIN and then claimed to have refunded the money from my initial purchase. They told me it would take "two to three business cycles to show up in my account." When I asked if that meant one to two months, the rep repeated her scripted response.
All their customer service people will say is "Sorry -- we'll put $5 in your account." They obviously have a script to follow because if you ask a question that is off their script they stammer and pick a response from the script that may or may not even apply. It is so obvious.
I told them to send me my shoes and remove my email from their system because I will NEVER do business with them again. And my refund? Still waiting. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
