This site is a rip off. Do not order from them at all. I ordered a bed set with a design. When it arrived i recieved a solid white comforter. I have a 6 year old, you think I would order a solid white comforter, ahhh NO. I have tried to reach out the the company and have sent them 4 emails to which there has been zero response. I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company so that I wont have to deal with this again. I want them to honor what they said I would get but radio silence is all theyve honored. They have poor customer service and clearly a lack of understanding what the customer orders the customer should get. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this site.
Ordered a new arrival High Quality Stunning Tiger Print Mink Cashmere-like Blanket on 11/22/16. Order # 442114. On 12/17/16 I checked with them to see why I hadn't received it yet. They returned an email stating that I had placed the r#442114 and they were waiting for funds to clear, which they had been posted to my account on the 12/1216, and clearwsd on the12/13/16. I had added another item to my order since I thought things were moving forward, making the total $117.83. This was a Blanket for My Son's Christmas and I had added a hoodie for my Son's fiancee. On the 12/13/16 the funds had cleared my account.
Well, they never sent me back an order confirmation for the second item, which should have included both items since the money was drawed out for both.
On 12/19/16, I asked about my order, as I was getting concerned about it arriving for Christmas. They stated that my order of 442114 was awaiting payment now, if I had paid succesfully, I could send them the payment proof or transacion number so they could check it.
I called my banf and they said there would be no numbers like that, not to give them any more information, and that it was an electronic transaction and they should have all the proof they needed just by looking at their account $117.83. This makes sense and what they wanted, sounded like a scam!
The next day,12/21/16, I wrote them again, telling them I wanted my d**n money Back, stating to them what my bank had told me. They responded again with the same foolishness about awaiting payment, to send them proof or transaction number!
The next email I received from them, on 12/22/16 stated that they could not find my order, could I tell them my order number and email address associated with the order. I had already gave them details a couple days before, so wrote them back, telling them this.
On 12/22/16 they wrote back aying that they could not find where my order was paid, and that is why they needed payment proof or transaction number, but they had no information to check my problem.
On 12/23/16 they wrote me stating that they checked with their financial department, my card was not authorized to amke payment on their website, to check with my bank to check it.
First off, anybody that runs a buisness like that, does not need to be in buisness.
Second, if my account wasnot authorizeds, why do thy not give my money back that was electronically recorded as going into their account. And last, but very troubling, these people are associated with Google. Ha Google stooped this low? Sincerrely, this is a scam sight, all corrisopndence was Company rep Karen.
All I want is my mney back sice they ruined my childrens Christmas. I am disabled, in a wheelchair and cannot get out to do much of any shopping myself.
This company won't send you what you orderd it's a comapny based in China they only shipped poart of my order and never shipped the rest and if you have to ship the items back it costs more than the items cost but don't worry they won;t ship it if you do purchase from them use a credit casrd so you might get your money back
I ordered a three piece canvas set. Once received it was clear that the three canvases failed to go together to make the portrait advertisted. I contacted them via email and did not get a response until the 3rd email. I attempted to file a dispute on their website and received an error that this was not allowed, so it basically errored out. When finally receiving a response i sent 4 more additional photos. I was asked to send more $ to get replacement items. When I reponded and questioned this tactic I received no furhter responses. To date, this issue has not been resolved and they refuse to respond to additional follow up emails. Therefore, I am out almost $80.
There is no customer service and the items they sale are not as advertised. They mentioned that the color maybe different than pictured but my entire order was appalling.
I ordered the 3D BEDDING SET. I got a 10 dollar sheet set for over 150 bucks. I tried to contact them and there was no customer service number. So I emailed.
It took a day for them to reply to my email and their answer was to buy a filling for the over priced sheet.
i didn't request a refund because it took 2weeks to recieve this order.
