When I called to get the Return Authorization, I was informed that I should have scrolled down to the bottom of the Returns page, which lists the exclusions from the return policy, which includes most of their merchandise, including my item. When I objected, saying I had not scrolled down after reading the first paragraph which assures customers of their money back guarantee, I was again refused, first by the phone tech, then by a supervisor.
