He didn’t do anything he was hired to do. He did not represent competent legal advice like I deserved. He failed to give me proper legal advice causing me to end up with criminal charges.
He still had the nerve to Bill me 3,400 I top of 3,000 that I had paid upfront, for unearned court appearances and work he didn’t do. I don’t wish this experience upon anyone. I almost lost custody of my son because of his incompetence and failure to properly apply the law regarding my matter. I ended up having to hire a new attorney to fix the mess he created. He still didn’t want to give me my file after I had told him he was fired.
