After ordering a clearly stated Free Sample, somehow this company switched all my information to a Free trial. The Free Sample was not even the same product they told my Credit card company I had ordered. There was no " I agree to terms" however they tried to say there was. When providing the so called documents for my order, it was a generic for and no terms were click on. It was very clear they did not have my permission to set me up on an "auto refill" program however my credit card company refused to listen to my side of the story and did not credit my account and took this fraudulent companies word for it.
DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sell you a sample for $4.95 then torn around and add $45,95 charge under a slightly different company name. The real thriller is 2 wks later they charge you $89.95 because you "enrolled" in their automatic shipping program. Luckily for me, my credit card co. declined their charge and notified me. I have reported them to my credit for fraud.
I am another victim of your SCAM where I ordered a free sample and am now charged 89.95 for a continuous refill which I did not authorize. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY!
Ordered free sample for postage they took my info and changed it to free trial and charged my cc 89.95 and told me they will not refund my money because i should have canceled. They are a scam company!!!

I ordered avella on line it did not say that it would charge my account if i did not cancel in 15 days. This is a scam. Do not order from them.
