I fell for it. This company offers "deluxe" skin care products. The "free trial" is not free. They charge you within 14 days of the start of the "free Trial" if you haven't returned the product. The cost is unreasonably high. You never see the cost in the ad for the product. The conditions of sale are presented to you three lines at a time in sixe 5 font on the sign up page. This is done deliberately to make it difficult for you to see what you are signing up for.
THeir customer service is non-existent. If you get someone to answer the phone number, they will not cancel the account. They will not accept returns once billed. I have sent product back to them in the un-opened original shipping material and paid for a return receipt. I enclosed a note to refund me and cancel my account, and they just sent the product back to me. They bill you and send out a new supply of the product within three weeks of the last product being shipped. I kept thinking - surely they have cancelled my account now - only to get another shipment.
The only recourse that apparently works is to reverse the charges and close the card you paid them with.
Stay away from these people and their bogus offer!!
I have talked to customer service four times trying to get answers. I want to cancel my order # 071S01003194
and get a refund for the four orders i received. They are all unopened and they have the usps first class pkg tracking numbers ! I will send them all back but want a total refund due to me. They argued with me for two hours not listening to me saying I want to cancel and get a full refund. I requested a supervisor and they would not.

This is a SCAM. They tell you you only have to pay for shipping for your free trial, but what they don't tell you is that if you don't return the item within 14 days, you are charged $200 and they will not refund your money. I called and tried for 20 minutes to cancel my account, and all they kept doing was offering me more and more of a discount. They refused to cancel my account and kept telling me they were going to send me more of their snake oil. I had to cancel my bank debit card to end this nightmare! Do NOT buy anything from this online scammer!! Do NOT accept any "free trial". They go by the name "Beauty Essentials" and "LUXE SKIN" and "Age Away".
