I paid for two waist trainers to be sent to an old address and have been waiting more then two months. They have scammed me out of my money and I am furious.

This company was good. I ordered an item b4 and it was about a 2 month wait. The second time around im still waiting. I ordered a waist trainer in August 2015 and I still haven't received it. I reached out to the comoany several times via email and I recieved a response in 2 -3 days. I was told it was coming soon. Still nothing. This month i tried to reach out to them. However not getting any responses from them.

I purchased September 22, 2015 a month later does not answer my attempts to get feedback, My card has been charged, see all the details below. I will be submitting all my proof to the Fruad Departemnt of my Card and also open a legal report, I know someone that investigates internet fraud for a living.

Today, I tried logging in to the website to request cancellation and request refund, the site is completely down, disappeared into thin air.

I originally purchased a waist trainer from beautifullytamed.com on March 31 but after receiving (Apr 17th) I notfied them because I needed a smaller size. I followed the necessary steps needed to send it back. It was shipped out on Apr 20, and they received it on Apr 23. I even had a tracking # to verify that it was received. It was stated once they received it, they would then send me a link to pay for shipping and handling on the new item they were sending.

Dates I contacted to inquire about order...

Apr 28 (they asked my order information and I was told it'd ship within the next week) *keep in mind I hadn't even received a link yet to pay for the shipping

May 21 (they told me I'd receive the shipping link that night or the following day)

May 28th (no response)

June 1 (finally received directions to go to the site and pay for shipping on my item)

June 4 (I asked how much longer before I received my item and they sent me a screenshot of their FAQ on returns stating up to 14 days)

June 22 (they responded on the 23rd and again, asked my information and once I gave them my info I received no response or feedback at all)

June 28 (no response)

July 6 (they said my order would be going out the next morning) **July 10 I received a email with a tracking # but all it stated was that the PRE-Shipment information was sent to them....not a complete order because it's still in that status

July 23 (they asked for my order information, and later asked would I prefer a different color. I said yes and I was told It would be shipped off immediately)

Aug 11 (no response)

Called on Aug 26 and they have n voice mail box even set up so I got to talk to NO ONE!!!

I've contacted them several times since my original order as you can see and they just fed me a bunch of nothing. I've asked for a refund. I've asked for them to call me...I haven't gotten anything at all! What's crazy is that during my wait I actually purchased another item from them on May 4th and received it with no problems...just cant get my first order handled. I definitely wouldnt recommend them at all because it I'm almost sure they ripped me off and won't give me my money or my order!
