Not a good company
I did not sign up for a 14 day trial. I paid shipping and handling on the face cream which advertised as FREE if I paid the shipping and handling. If I did sign up for a 14 day trial it should be from the time you receive the product and not at the time it was ordered. I ordered on the 15, didn't receive until the 22 of the same month and was billed $95.94 on the 29th. Crazy!! I refuse to settle on a 30 percent refund. I want the entire $95.94 back which they refuse. You can only talk to a customer service center who answers the phone for many businesses. Crazy!! Do not order from them!!
SCAM VISABLE ALLURE AND RADIANT BEAUTY
I signed up for 14 day trial of the above beauty creams, i called July 7,2017 to say I didn't receive one item. They said they would send it back and that I had until July 22, 2017 to cancel. On July 22 I called their customer service number and cancelled both Radiant and Allure. I just checked my bank records and they took out over 185.00. I was livid. I called was told the cancellation never went through and they would give me back 30% I said I wanted more than that so I was magically approved for 50%. I then asked if the order was shipped assuming I would receive another package other than the dinky trial size I got and she said NOPE the crap they sent me was it. Terrible business product. Its a scam. I'm still tempted to cancel it through my bank. these people suck big time and their product does to. RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER THIS GARBAGE.
My wife signed up for a 14 day supply of their products and then failed to cancel. Her fault. They shipped 4 orders after her 14 day trial - (March 2017, April 2017, May 2017, Jene 2017). I cought that they were charging us approximatly $185 per month for those 4 months. I called the company and they said they would give us a 30% of paid price back if we wanted. I said I wanted 100% back so they gave me 2 RMA numbers so that I could mail back the May & June 2017 orders which totaled approximatly $370.00, They seemed very shady so when I returned the 2 packages from May and June & tracked them via the USPS. I mailed them back on 6/17/17. I called them today (approximatly 2 weeks later) and as expected they said that they never received the product. I contacted the USPS and they have confirmation that both packages were delivered and received by the company.
I asked for my $$ back after telling them I have confirmation that they received the product back and they said they could only offer me 30% of what I originally paid.
Contacted credit card company and will be atlking with the dispute department in the morninbg.
This is a pure scam. When you call they have a list of already written out answers based on what you say to them and they just read them to you over and over again.
