DO NOT BUY! THIS IS A RIP OFF Sep 10 2017 08:53 PM Beaute Beaute wrinkle reducer and wrinkle cream Scammed by a free trial, thought I was paying $3.95 for shipping, then they debited my card for$89.95 for the cream & $99.95 for the .05 oz tube of wrinkle reducer.
I was sent a free sample paying $3.95 for shipping and no notice of continuing to send me products unless action was taken. They continued to send the product and I wasn't sure how to stop it. After my credit card was charged $89.00 without my authorization, I got out a magnifying glass and found the number on the jar and called and cancelled. They continued to try and sell me other products and/or the same for a discoun; I just wanted it to stop. From other complaints about this product, I saw that they refused to refund anyone's money. My cancellation # is 2003880. I have yet to receive a confirmation emaill even though I called again.
Please do not order Beaute Wrinkle Reducing Creme...if you do order the free sample they offer on tv, you will be sorry because they put you on the autoship list and keep charging your credit card. The creme does not work...it is a scam! I ordered it because Joanna Gaines was going to quit HGTV to be the president and her husband was also quiting to work with her. I thought, well, if she can quit her very profitable job on HGTV to promote her product, I will try it....well, she should be ashamed of herself...product does not work. It's all about the money!
Beaute wrinkle cream DO NOT BUY! THIS IS A RIP OFF Oct 2017 Beaute Beaute wrinkle reducer and wrinkle cream Scammed by a free trial, thought I was paying $3.95 for shipping, then they debited my card for $99.95 for the cream & $99.95 for the .05 oz tube of wrinkle reducer. Las Vegas Nevada, I called Paypal and they gave me my money back ONLY TO GIVE IT BACK TO this scam company. Yep took my money back and gave it to this SCAM COMPANY...Now I can't get a hold of them to return the product, now they will not give m my money back.
I ordered 3.95 sample of Beaute wrinkle reducer. I received the tube but there was no reduction in my wrikles. I thought that it was a done deal. NOPE! A month later I received a small jar of the stuff..........HMMM..I called the phone number on the jar to see if I was charged for this. Answer: YES-$99.95! The guy I talked to said he would submit a refund request and gave me a cancellation number. Today I contacted my bank to find that the $3.95 purchase in August had turned into $99.95 charge because, according to this "company", I did not cancel within 14 days! Today, 10/25/17, I called them 3 times to try to get some info on my refund. After getting disconnected twice, the third guy just said "no refunds"!!My bank is gonna try to dispute these charges. DO NOT contact or get sucked in by these people! I feel stupid since at age 65 I should have known better. I'll keep my wrinkles.
I saw an Internet Ad showing JoAnna Gaines photo and endorsement for wrinkle reducer and wrinkle cream. Ordered 2 products free with shipping charges only applying to a Credit Card. Both products arrived with no letter, no invoices, or no future arrangements for current orders. My MasterCard bill arrived with charges of $99.95 and &89.95 for these products. I checked Internet and tried calling several times - woud not answer telephone calls but told to send Email to their support center.mEmails failed.
Clled Master Card and filed a Scam Claim for these 2 chargess.
This week, I received 2 more packages of same product. I refused acceptance with the US Post Office and returned both to sender. Again, charges made against my Master Card for $9995 & 89.95.
I send Email to their Support Center, and got notice of "Failure" - could not deliver.
Your help please - I now read all the Internet Scam reviews on these beauty products.
On June 14, 2017, I saw a fake news story ad about Joanna Gaines just leaving HGTV "Fixer Upper" to launch a skin care company. Her company is offering a free sample and all you have to do is pay for the Shipping and Handling of $4.95 by credit card. No where on the ordering form (below) does it say you would be charge $99.95 every other month for a .5oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer product which is non-refundable. Since we both like Joanna Gaines as a TV personality, I ordered a sample for my wife by filling out an online form like the one below. I called to cancel the subscription as soon as I received the first shipment in August on which I was charged $99.95 on my credit card realizing I've been scammed. The agent told me they would cancel the subscription but the $99.95 is not refundable. I was furious knowing I've been scamed but accepted it as a life lesson learned. Today on Oct 9, my wife received another shipment of the 0.5oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and saw that I've been charged $99.95 AGAIN on my credit card. I called again to cancel my subscription and to receive a full refund because I've called 2 months ago to cancel. The agent said he does not see a record of me calling to cancel subscription before but will cancel the subscription after I yelled repetitively at him. Again, he said the shipment was not refundable. I was beside myself. Now I know that I'll have to call my bank to cancel my credit card so I won't be charged again. Calling in to cancel the subscription does no good. I know I've been scammed because the product arrives in a non-descript plain yellow manila pouch with no company name so you don't know who sent it. Each time my credit card was charged, the name of the company and phone number is very different each time. Only the $99.95 charge amount is the same. Today, when I searched online for the fake news story ad about Joanna Gaines leaving HGTV "Fixer Upper" to start a skin care company, the story had today's Oct 9, 2017 date. Obviously fake! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, ORDER A SAMPLE OR YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF AND TRULY SORRY. If Joanna Gaines is behind this scam, she ought to be ashamed, prosecuted and put in jail!
The products advertisement was enticing, so I ordered two samples paying only the shipping fee and that's only they were asking for. However, when they got my Bank Account # they debited 2X $99.95 and one time $89.95. The hard earned money I have from my pay check to pay check was deducted from my account without my knowledge. The only money I have to pay for my medical bills are all ripped off! This is not acceptable at all. It is pure evil and pathetic people. FYI-I tried your product once and I got itchy on my face. You people better return all our monies. Lesson learned; Do not ever order whatsoever fake products this company is offering you.
My husband ordered a free trial of wrinkle cream and wrinkle reducer. Before I had a chance to try it I received a second shipment and was charged $99.95 and $89.95 respectively.
There was no clear statement in the free trial website that indicated that automatic shipments would ensue. After calling them to get a return authorization number, they claimed that their business is a no refund; no return company.
We feel like this is completely unethical. Do not sign up for "free" trials from this company.
I called the company and told them that their product did not work for me and that I wanted to cancel autoship. They gave me a difficult time about it. They were trying to sell me the product at a lower price and trying to make me use the product for another month.I kept telling them that I wanted to cancel autoship and they kept refusing.I had to finally threaten them with legal action to get them to cancel my subcription. It was a stressful phone call.
This company ripped me off by telling me I only had to pay 4.95 for shipping for a sample of Beaute Wrinkle Cream and then charged my credit card for 89.95 without my permission and auto shipped more cream. Cannot get thru on phone to them.
Ordered a "free trial" of a wrinkle reducer cream, paid $2.95 shipping and handling, end of story. NOT! I went to use my debit card and was declined because this company charged me $99.95 which I did not authorize!
I called them and was rudely informed that they do not give refunds and the tiny trial sample I received was what they were billing me for.
While on line I read this articale refering to some wrinke cream that Dr. Oz approved of so I looked at it and after carefully reading all of the information with the advertisement I decided to give the "Money Back Guarantee" a go. The total cost of the two samples was supposed to be $8.95 and with shipping the total charge to my account was going to be $21. I completed the form, carefully reading everything to make sure that there were no hidden charges and that I wouldn't be recieving any further shipments of any unwanted products.
I recieved a plain envelope containing two samples, nothing else with them.
On 9/26/2017 my husband checked our bank account and noticed 2 charges that didn't make sense. One from Bonita Eye dated 9/20/17 and paid on 9/22/17 for $99.95 a second charge to Livewel*HE at 222 Benson Ave 7, NY, dated 9/23/17 and paid 9/25/17 for $89.95.
Both of these names are for the same company and when my husbnd contacted them they stated that I had been given a 14 day trial period in which to cancel or be charged the full product price. There was no place in the advertisement that stated $99.95 or $89.95 as a possible charge. The only charge was the $8.95 for each of the samples recieved.
When my husband tried to explain this to them they kept telling him that they do not have a return policy and that I had agreed to pay the full amount when I didn't cancel withing the 14 day period.
We recieved two Emails dated 9/21/2017 and 9/23/2017 both Cancellation Notifications stating;
Thank you for using Beaute Instant First REBILL. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.
When my husband tried to explain to them that the payments were made after the cancellation and should be returned they responded by saying that "they do not refund any money".
So I went from trying a couple of samples at a total cost of $21.95 to buying 2 samples for $189.95. I feel so bad for my husband because this money comes out of his Social Security income and it's money that we need to take care of taxes, heat, and utilities.
We just can't afford to lose this kind of money from rip off artists like these.
I ordered a sample of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and also Beaute Wrinkle Creme. The sample arrived within a week. Within two weeks, my debit card was used by the vendor to charge me for a second order of each product. I was charged $99.95 and $89.95 without my knowledge. I just wanted the sample order. I had to call the vendor and demnd cancellation, which the operator was resistent to do. No reimbursement was going to be provided as they do not reimburse customers for cancellation. They just took $190 from me for nothing, but this scam.
Ordered 14 day free trial if I paid for shipping. Credit card bill had $89.95 charged and $99.95 charged, also. When I checked this charge, it was submitted to my credit card company as a non-refundable memberhip fee.
I have received no more packages than the first "free" trial.
Talking to my Credit Card company, they told me that this was a very common scam and not to feel so much like a fool. They would put in a claim for me and I have had to get a new Credit Card which means that I have to go to all of my accounts and update their files for me.
I never received an email from them. I had to get my contat information from the Credit Card company. I have been unable to find a direct website for them. Severa times when I called, they answered in a language I am unfamiliar with.
Beaute products may do as advertised, but the company is perpetrating a scam by advertising a "free" sample, then charging enormous amounts of money for tiny amounts of product, without permission to do so. The usual fraud which leaves you feeling stupid, again, and hundreds of dollars out for the lesson.
I ordered a trial size order of Beaute wrinkle reducer. The website says you will just be paying for shipping which I did. It did not mention that they will charge me $99.95. This is against the law and the company needs to stop charging people without their consent.
Purchased product on Aug 21, 2017. Didn't like product and spoke with Edna to cancel my order on Aug. 30. Edna said to continue using the product for another 14 days and if I still was not satisfied to call back and my free trial and I would not have to mail back the remaining product. I called on Sep. 14 and spoke with Carlos. I said I was not satisfied nor could I afford these products only to have Carlos offer them at half the price. I repeated that I did not have the money to apy for these products, even at half the price. Carlos then cancelled my subscription. That same day I received a Cancellation Notification stating that "This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been updated and ANY ONGOING or all future charges have been cancelled as per my request".
I was looking at my online checking account on Sep. 21 and to my surprise Beaute debited my account on Sep. 19. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Nicolas only to have him say he could not help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told that there was not a supervisor on the premise. At this point Nicolas said he could not help me and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with Manny only to have been disconnected.
I took a survey from a walgreens site sent to me. It said FREE EYE CREAM and wrinkle cream. I called to to make sure they weren't going to charge me. Well, the guy named mark refused to cancel it, told me it would cost 60.00 to cancel and he would not stop trying to sell me more. Its a total scam. I had to report it to my bank and cancel my debit card. This guy refused to cancel it. It was a nightmare for me. The bank refunded me the shipping costs because they investigated it in 4 minutes and said its a scam.
I paid $400. for 1 jar of beaute wrinkle cream and 1 small tube of beaute wrinkle reducer which I thought was a Free Sample. My bad for not understanding the very fine print in the Terms and Conditions of this company.
I called my credit card company and they told me they have had many many complaints about this scam and their hands were tied because of the legalities involved with the Terms and Conditions of this company.
I called the company which has many different telephone numbers listed on credit card statements and after waiting 15 minutes got Joel who told me there would be no refunds because I didn't notify them in the 14 day time period after receiving these products. I then got cut off. Called again and after 20 minutes of holding I got Joel again. I told him I wanted the address of the corporate headquarters so I could let them know my feelngs.
Expensive lesson learned. Always read and UNDERSTAND the terms and conditions of any company you do business with online. Hope this helps
I ordered trial size product, paid shipping and handling. Received sample product. Noticed that my debit card had been billed for more money.Product was, Beaute (wrinkle reducer) 0.5 FL. oz. I called them and was allowed to cancel, but was told I would not receive another product for my money.
I saw the offer of a free trial sample and was told only charge would be shipping and handling. No mention of a reacuring shippment. No premission was given to debit the card again. Joanna Gains is running a big scam. I think HGTV should cancel her show and not be associated with scammers.
Beaute wrinkle reducer I was charged almost $600 for products I haven't ordered nor received. I've been trying to get my money returned and having no luck. I'm no longer working and this amount is a lot of money for me for a company to take workout permission.
Ordered sample for shipping cost. About 3 weeks later charged 99.95. Saw this amount on my cc. I called number associated with charge to find out what this was for. Was told that if I did not call and cancel within 14 days I would be charged full price. I was not aware of this and also told Joel that I had not even opened the container. I would send this back. He said they could not take it back because they did not have a money back policy. I told him to cancel all further shipments and he tried to get me to stay with them with 25% off of all further shipments I said no as there are many products out there for less than $30. Then he offered me the product for 50% off of all further shipments. No , I be lost my job and could not afford any. Had I know the actual cost of the product l would never have even tried the product. Buyer beware
I fell for the Scam Sample Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Free trial..
Beautè Instant Wrinkle Reducer Capital LLC..... ended up taking 99.95 off debit card without my permission... just got the bank statement -$99.95 at no time was I told or read durring the checkout that I would have to pay $99.95 only for shipping...

I ordered "free trial" Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Cream and paid the shipping and handeling fee. In July. I received the Products, but there wasn't a phone number or return address in the envelope. When I I ordered these Products on Facebook and there wasn't a confirmation number on phone number after ordering. I just figured there would be an address or phone number in the package. In Augused, around the 4th. I checked my account and 89.95 and 99.95 was drafted out of my checking account. I called my Bank and filed a complaint. The Bank credited my account but On August 28th, The credit was reversed. I did it Know this till Sept 3rd. I never received the Products and the Bank said they weren't sure what happened. The Customer Service said that perhaps what I paid for was Samples. I told my Bank that how could I be paying this kind of money for .03 oz for a Wrinkle reducer and 1oz for a Wrinkle crime. That by the time I called my Bank the Beaute Company had had enough time to sent my Products out. She said I paid for the samples.
First of all this company lured me in by using a celebraty advertisement that I now believe was false. It claimed that Joane Gaines was making a skin care product and going into full time work with this product. Because I trusted the celebraty, I took the bait. A "free trial size " was offered for only shipping and handling charges. What they did not say was that my bank account would be charged for that supposed "free" offer if I did not cancel, plus they kept sending me "samples" once a month but debiting my bank account $99 a month for one product and $89 for a second one. I had ordered a sample of Beaute' Wrinkle Reducer and the Beaute' Wrinkle Creme.
I did not catch the debits on my account until after four months. Shame on me for falling for this and not catching it sooner. But what a scam! I called the company immediately (today 9/10/17 around 2pm CST) and was offered up to "50% off if I continued but of course I refused. [continued below]....
Scammed by a free trial from Beaute Wrinkle Cream. Cost was supposed to be for shipping of $3.95. A pop-up appeared that convinced me I should also try the Beaute Wrinkle Reducer for a free trial of $4.95. I ordered both. When I noticed a charge of $89.95 on 8-30-17 (two weeks after I received the products), I immediately called to dispute the charge and was told this product wasn't a free trial and that I had agreed to the purchase. I offered to return the product, which I had only used for about a week and was told they would not accept returned products. THEN on 9-5-17 another charge of $99.95 hit my debit card for the Beaute Wrinkle Reducer....WOW....that's over $200 for these "free trials"....I'm usually very cautious when it comes to ordering online....believe me! The small print was very well hidden here!
I am also a victim of the same scheme. I was enticed by the offer to pay a shipping charge only of $3.95 for the free trial of the Beaute Instant Reducer Trial (July). The third party web site did not disclose that the free trial was for a limited time of 14 days. A month later (August) I came across a charge to my bank account for $99.95 and didn't recognize it. Fortunately my bank helped in reversing the charge and issued a new debit card.
Again this month (September) I received another $99.95 charge on my account, even with my new debit card. After some research, I realized that the charges originated with the free trial order of this product. Please note - each charge that was associated with this product came up as a different vendor/company name on my bank statement - sneaky!
I checked the confirmation email I received from the original order of the free trial and other web sites that sell the product and I could not find anything in the fine print that disclosed the limited free trial or monthly subscription. I called the company to cancel the order, which they did, but they would not refund the latest order even when I offered to return it and pay for shipping costs. Their response: We do not have a refund policy. Really?! I will get my money back either way.
This company is nothing. Offer a trial for shipping and handling but by the time you get it and try your quote days are gone and they charge you full price for a product that breaks your face out and does not do what they claim. I have reported they to the Attornery General in NC and NV, I have reported to the BBB and to the Federal Gov. and I will continue til they refund my money.
I cancelled future orders well within the time limit to do so, but was told that the cream had been shipped on the very same day that I called/cancelled. Of course, no refund.
I responded to a facebook ad for $3.95 sample of wrinkle reducer with my debit card. i received 1/2 oz. tube of cream, but debit card acc't was charged $99.95 as a first installment to be automatically deducted from my acc't as a "subscription" every month. when i called and tried to cancel my subscription i was told that was not pissible, and that they did not do refunds.
I ordered the trial of the Beaute Wrinkler reducer I only had to pay 3.95 for shipping and handling. I read all the fine print before making this purchase and know where did it say that it was a 14 day trial. I just received a $99.95 charge to my debit card the company on the card was called (Pensolt Glim) I called the 800 number right away to see about this charge. They do not mention the company name when you call I had to keep asking the lady I spoke to what company is this. Soon as they answer the phone they start asking questions what is your zip code, what is you email address. When I asked her why I had the $99.95 charge on my card that when they said it was for the .5 oz tube I received that did not work. I told them when I ordered this trial item it said I was not obligated to any purchases it did not say after 14 days you will be charged $99.95. The lady was very rude and would NOT refund my money stating they do not do refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. I called my bank and they are doing an investigation on this company.
I looked at my emails from this company also there is no information in the emails other then the email they send for confirmation. There is no address for this company nor phone number other than the one that was on my bank transaction.
I tried to pull up the site where I orered this product just to read the fine print again and I am not able to pull the site up anymore. SCAM!!!
Cancel this order now. I do NOT want this product. The next time you take money out of my account I will contact the WV Attorney General. This is a scam.
Ordered 2 small samples for $3.95 and $4.95 of Beaute wrinkle reducer and wrinkle cream. Received them, at end of month was automatically charged $99.95 for creams. Phoned co. and was told I needed to cancel order within 14 days, and since I did not, i would be charged full price and continue to receive these creams every month with charges being automatically withdrawn. Explained to them, i did not want to continue and was also not expecting to be charged $99.95 in the first place. Spoke with person who stated they could not cancel the current charge because I did not cancel within 14 days. Was, (hopefully) to cancel future orders . I will see next month .
This company advertised a free winkler reducer, then charged me 99.00 a month. i had no idea and i called to cancel after my 1st one and they said they would refund, but, they did not and then kept charging me 100.00 a month. i just called again to tell them to cancel my orders and refund me and they would not. so horrific!!
I read an artice that Joanna gaines has left her tv show for the beauty cream. it said we can try a free trial of the cream and pay shipping only so i did. after i placed my free trial i called them immediatley to cancle saying i dont even want the trial. they said i had to wait 2 weeks before cancelling. i then saw a charge of 200 from my bank. my bank gave me back 100 but they said becuase the other 100 came from a different email that they could not help me with that one. so i called beaute and said if i am going to pay 100 for the product, then send me the bottle. He ( same guy answered the call all 5 times i called) told me the 100. went to the .05 ml trial i had received. There is no way this tiny bottle cost 100.00 ( 99.95)
I thought my wife might be interested, so i replied to an online sales site advertising a free trial of a Wrinkle Cream. It was by Beaute Wrinkle Cream of Edison NJ. Only cost was supposedly for shipping the one item. I gave them my CC number in order to complete what I thought was a minor transaction. My next CC billing reflected a slight charge ($3.96 and $4.96) for TWO items. I thought that wasn't too much of a mistake and my wife might want to try both, so I let it ride.
They sent the Wrinkle Cream sample, but I never received the other item, named Beute Wrinkle Reducer. Much to my horror, my periodic review of pending charges on my CC then revealed charges for two items (never received either). They were listed on my billing as 1. Enticing Beauty Cream for $89.95 and 2. 844524DEWYFACSE544 for 99.95. Both from different companys.
I immediately called the number listed on my order receipt from Beaute and was told by the rep that I had been enrolled in an automatic delivery program by virtue of my order for the free sample. There was absolutely no indication of that scam until i was told to consult the very fine print at the bottom of my order receipt which I received AFTER the order was placed. There it specified a 14 day trial and enrollment in theie scam program. I had never knowingly enrolled in such.
This is a scam of the first magnitude and should land them in jail. I have filed a dispute (two) with my CC company and they have plocke the companies involved, especially Beaute, from further charges on my account.
They automatically ship product to my home without my knowledge and build approximately $100 per product on my credit card. Without any information I had no way to contact them other than through email. I have no phone Number or name they could be associated with this only an email address. I have now received two shipments which has put me $400 loss.
I ordered a beauty creme online and authorized shipping charges only. Since then I have been charged just under 800.00 which were not authorized. There was never an email confirmation, or any correspondence for anything. Even the shipment(s) had no packing slip, order details or contact information whatsoever. I finally was able to find a phone number on the ripoff website. I called today (8/8/17) and spoke with a CSR who refused any & all refunds. I asked him to provide me with their return policy and was refused. I also asked him to forward me any correspondence they had that would have shown any authorization to charges that were made to my account. I was denied. The CSR told me I would find their "policies" on their website (www.beaute.com) and that site is completely blank! I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting. I asked to wait. He said I was unable to do that. I asked for the supervisors name and was also denied that information. I asked if i could be placed on hold and the agent told me that he was going to lunch and thanked me for the call. I told the CSR that I was not satisfied with my issue and needed to speak with someone to help. The CSR sat in silence for several minutes before hanging up on me.
This company advertises in a side bar on Facebook. They charge you only shipping costs ( typically $ 4.95) and you get a .5 oz size trial package of their "wrinkle reducer" which is probably Preparation H ( has same effect). Two weeks later my card is charged $ 99.95. When I called to cancel they offered to discount 25% then 50%. They were obviously operating in a "boiler room". I can see by other posts on this site that they were in TX but the charge comes out of NY. The shipping address was NV.
My card was still charged $ 99.95. When I got my card statement I see that they had charged me not only the $ 4.95 initially but they ran another charge for $ 3.95 the next day (probably to see if anyone was monitoring the card).
The same day that I canceled the account ( no offer to cancel the $ 99.95) they charged the card yet again for $ 89.95.
I reported this company doing business as Beaute and also CelesteCream to my credit card company.
I was asked to pay $3 for antiwrinkle cream by [email protected] (phone number: 8445522121) and then a weak after they included me as automatic customer and charged $99.95 without my permission and without delivering any product. After calling them they deny to pay my money back. I totally think this company is fraud as you charge without delivering the product and never agree to pay for a product which I do not know at all. Real fraud company- never buy this online. I believe this company is meant to take money from your credit card every month as it did for me and so on and when you call them they will not reimburse it!
I saw an advertisement for this beauty product, Beaute Wrinkle Creme, with a testimonial by a respected famous woman. The trial offer was for free! An additional $4.95 covered shipping. It arrived in 4 days. 15 days after the order was placed came the "shocker"! My credit card was charged $99.95. I called the company and was told that by accepting the trial order, I agreed to a monthly subscription of $99.95 (never saw that written anywhere)! I have informed them that I want to cancel all future orders. I also have called my credit card company and issued a "fraud alert" on Beaute and requested a new card be issued. It will be an inconvience for 3-5 days but Beaute will not be getting any more money from this senior citizen!
Beaute Wrinkle Reducer offered a free trial of their products. You only had to pay the shipping. Inside the package was the 2 products and a post card showing you how to use the face creams. Their was no invoice stating you would be charged the full price if you didn't send it back in 15 days. 2 weeks after I ordered my free samples my credit account was charged $99.99. I called them and they told me that I had signed up as a member after 15 days and I had to pay full price for my free products. They offered me a 1 time deal of 50% off. But they would not refund my money. They said they would take me off the member list.
I recently ordered some beauty products on line. The advertising had an article and photo of Joanna, star of HGTV,s "Fixer Upper" and her new skin care products preceding the ad, which led me to believe this was her products. The ad had a number of testimonials and a free trial offer for shipping charge only of $8.90. There was no time limit or commitment of future orders required that I could see on this ad. I charged it on a credit card. When I received the credit card statement there were additional charges from this company for a total of $189.90. I called the three different numbers I could find on the products and demanded they give me a credit for this amount, that I never order it, never received any product, and never authorized this to be charged to my account. After arguing with three different phone agents they finally said they would credit my account for 50%, closed the account, have a good day, and hung up. I was scammed for $94.95 if they give me the credit. I found your web site and saw there were other similar complaint stories people had already registered about this same company and product.j
Beaute Wrinkle Reducer placed ad on smart phone. Get sample free & only pay postage. Wife ordered and received .5oz tube of lotion.
10 days after receiving lotion we got a charge of $99.95 and when I called the company # , I was told I could not return .5Oz tube and I was obligated to pay the full charge. I called the credit company and filed a dispute. 14 days later I was recharged the credited amount.
I than called the Beaute company again and they said I should have looked on line to see there was a 14 day trial period. I could not find their web page and feel this is deceptive . I called the Atty General for Florida and they said this is called a Negative Option Transaction and I filed a complaint. I then filed a complaint with Federal Trade Comm. Being on a fixed income and mostly Social Security, this has put a bind on our finances.
There should be some way of combating this but I'm hoping people will become more informed about this deceptive practice. I was so upset when I talked with the representative at Beaute that I told him he should feel ashamed of himself and then I mashed the off button on my phone really reallly hard.
I too feel ripped off by Beaute Instant Wrinkle Reducer. Husband ordered the free sample for me and paid for shipping with a credit card.
When credit card bill came there was a charge for $99.95 billed to an unknown number. When researched, found it was a monthly charge for the Beaute wrinkle reducer.
When I called to cancel I was informed that the charge would not be canceled even though I had only received the initial "free" sample.
Tried to sell me more things and give me lots of discount coupons for additional products.
Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Reviews
DO NOT BUY! THIS IS A RIP OFF Sep 10 2017 08:53 PM Beaute Beaute wrinkle reducer and wrinkle cream Scammed by a free trial, thought I was paying $3.95 for shipping, then they debited my card for$89.95 for the cream & $99.95 for the .05 oz tube of wrinkle reducer.
unauthorized charges
How do I get my money back???
It is not over yet.
We recieved two Emails dated 9/21/2017 and 9/23/2017 both Cancellation Notifications stating;
This place says they don't offer refunds they are a rip off. Amazing that they exist all the managers are in a meeting and won't talk to anyone ever

Feeling Scammed & Cheated
Ordered and paid for items, then was alerted to a scam.
Re: Fraud company: Beaute Instant Wrinkle Reducer

Buyer beware. Nothing is for free.
