I ordered a sample of Calypso skin cream, including a free sample of eye cream, for $4.90. An additional charge of $89.69 appeared on my credit card statement, attributed to Beauroot, NE. I never ordered or received anything at that price.
Beauroot aka Calypso I order two samples of skin cream and paid $4.95 each for shipping. A week after, my debit card was charged almost $200 for products I never ordered. I found the offer I responded to and cancelled immediately, but apparently too late. I disputed the charges through my bank to no avail. They sided with the company based on my cancelling too late. This company advertised on Face Book stating they were endorsed by "Shark Tank" , it's a lie. So many people were ripped off and Shark Tank made a video of how they tracked down the company's owner and showed that he was a fraud and Shark Tank never endorsed or heard of the company before people started complaining. There are hundreds of complaints on the Facebook page for Shark Tank. This company has many different names and phone numbers. I have never gotten through to them on the phone. I always ended up in a cue that states I have a four hour wait! I have contacted Shark Tank every way I know how to and I never get a response. This happened around June 8th and I have never even received the product I was scammed into buying and I don't want it. unknown Internet
