The trucks are century class freightliner. Well worn out and past they're born on date. The trucks are Government at 55 and have no power to move a empty trailer. No A/C Some of the equipment is not insured or registered. Because it's was up for repoe. But on the reservation. You can't repo on the reservation. No one in Management has a CDL or experience with FMCSA.
The company needs new trucks to survive. The off road equipment was at one time nice to operate. But with out any service in years and abuse. It will not last I liked working on all the equipment and the people. The owner is ok. But difficult to explain to him facts and reality. It's only a matter of time.To many past and current Employees not paid final check. Comp is running from IRS.
I was feed lies to relocate. Once up here in North Dakota, found out that most of their trucks were not operating and most of their lot looked like a junk yard. Truck that I was given had no power making it very dangerous to drive pulling a load up the hills and canyons in the area. I drove 1 truck past dark making it a mistake, doing so. While driving, I found out that high beams where not effiecent and made it extremely dangerous to drive. Pay issues, truck issues, management issues... avoid this company at all cost.
