1> we booked a 2 bedroom condo in this resort for 3 days. when we arrived, they checked us into a single bedroom condo. When I noticed it and aske dthem to correct it, they took 45 minutes to book another room.
2> when we entered the room, we noticed that the temperature was 81F(please note that this is florida and the outside temperature was 79
3> we switched the ac on and set the temperature to 74, but even after an hour, the temperature was only 80 in one of the rooms.
4> when complained, we were given a single bed room in another floor and my family had to split as the ac unit was disgnised to be not working by their technician
5> next day morning, i was told by my family (who went to other room), that ac was not working even there!!
6>when i complained about this, they assigned me another 2 bedroom unit the next day and promised a refund which I may recieve in a couple of weeks. But havnt ecieved yet (5 weeks tll now)
7> when I called, a lady named tiffany started putting me on hold whenever I call and has not been polite as expected from guest services
very bad guest services staff, very bad technicians, very bad planning and organization
