I had a subscription with them but advised them last year around December on their website I did not want to renew. Since then, I have been charged twice via Google Pay. Once on February 14 ,2021 for $40.95 and the second charge on May 19, 2021 for $40.95. I ended up deleting all credit cards on my google pay account, which was under my email of [email protected].
Later, I have received emails allegedly from BB saying that they are trying to charge my credit card account. Their email address is [email protected].
This is what the email says ---

Thank you for placing your order for . Unfortunately, we were not able to process your payment. Please visit our Beachbody Support site, and choose our self-service option “Update Credit Card” as soon as possible to update your credit card information.

I orders and exercise program. They were CD's of exercise. I ordered this Jan 17th. The name was beach body. I just saw that I have a charge on my debit card for $65.15 with the name PPL+Activit Vitamins which I see is the same company, but did not order
I TIRED ALL THE NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND ALL OF THEM...ALL OF THEM DO NOT WORK AND WILL NOT GO THRU. THE CHAT PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF IT THEY ARE JUST HIRED FOR LOOKS..THEY IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZE AND DO NOT OFFER OTHER NUMBERS. I TOOK A PIC OF THE CHAT TO SHOW THAT THEY KNOW IT!!! I'M STUCK WITH THEM TAKING MONEY OUT??? FOREVER??? DO NOT SIGN UP EVER!!!
They charged my credit card without authorization saying it was for online coaching support. When I told them they charged me by mistake because I didn't want any online service they said then I should have called in right away because it's over 30 days and it's too late now. They refuse to refund all the payments the took from us without us knowing.
