Perhaps the worst rental service we have ever used. Upon arrival our beach condo was dirty (pile of dirty towels on the floor, dirty sheets on the beds, etc.). We notified BPR and they said someone would be sent right over but instead it wasn't cleaned until very late that night, long after our children's bedtime. We sent an email and left multiple messages requesting a partial refund of that first night's rent since we were unable to enjoy the condo until the next day. BPR completely ignored us (no call back, no reply email) for 10 days until we finally called them again. Christi Rhodes said she would not offer any partial refund because their contracts actually allow for the condo to remain dirty until midnight and then she became rude when I asked if she thought that was a good way to run a business and a fair way to treat customers. A brief internet review of BPR would have saved us this trouble, it sounds like they are known for very poor customer service.
