I have had the worst experience at this resort from day one from 1) No housekeeping No clean towels until the next day after 2 calls 2) c**k roaches I. Our room we took photos and gave to front desk and manager 3) no Air in our room it wasn't working 4) Wifi quit working g after day one 5) they advertise 3 hots when they only have one working and lazy river that doesn't work and is freezing when they say it's heated All pools are cold except one. Were heated .. Several quests were at season complaining and they didn't want to compensate even for one day.. we saw several roaches on their property when they claim they spray .. I would never take my family here again and since I used Expedia and paid them directly I will be requesting for a entire refund for this and they can fight with them since I didn't get any resolution for this.
