I was given an initial quote/rate, and during the move this seemed to change multiple times over the phone. When Brian called during the move, and I had informed him that his "professional movers" (aka a random father and son) had locked their keys inside the moving truck, he dictated a different price than he initially told me. I reminded him that the price had changed, and he still charged me the higher price anyway.
I was told on the phone (to my recollection) that my deposit would be INCLUDED with the overall payment, I was told YES, and the deposit ended up being an additional charge. Regardless, this didn't explain the math: I was quoted $399 for 3 hours, $125 for additional hours, and overall was charged $849 for a 3-4 hour move (to my recollection). No receipt to explain the additional charges at all, this seemed like an arbitrary number.
It appears this company has many victims and some reported that this company never gave them back their furniture.
