The instructor kept checking his watch. He must have spent about 3 minutes with me. I tried to ask for help and he just looked at me and said “Paddle if you want to catch the wave, paddle” and he made his paddling motion with his arms, then he looked at his watch and he went back to the shore.
I was only out in the water for about 10 minutes at the most. Others were not happy either. I tried to explain to the girl upon returning to the shore that this was too short and she said “I am sorry you did not like your lesson” and then gave me a dumb look.
I know this was not a 90 minutes lesson and she just kept giving me the dumb look. I tried to look for the instructor and he was nowhere to be found. Must have taken off to avoid the confrontation of the scam he pulled.
I asked for the person in charge and the girl pointed to a short local guy named Ron. I walked over to him and explained and he talked to the girl and then said to me “your time is 90 minutes from the time you check in.”
This Ron character did not wanted to listen and it turned out that he is the owner. This was a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
