Had a car loan with them. Paid it off because I was selling the vehicle. They told me it would take 10 business days to clear the transaction (it was immediate via electronic) and was out of my account that day. But still took the ten days anyway.
Then they said they would mail the title to me after that time. Two weeks later, 5 phone calls to their call center (in Columbia) and still no title! Has now been over a month from the day I paid the loan off, no tracking number to find my title, no title, no way to get a replacement because they wont send me a lien letter to I can apply for a new one GRRRRrrrrrrr!!!!! Of course my buyer got tired of waiting and now here I sit. I have had other auto loans with other banks, paid it off, got the title immediately, literally the same day, but not BBVA, worst banking experience EVER and I'm 62 years old with lots of banking interaction!

BBVA bank I sent 2 ach transactions on June 22nd 00.00. After 4-5 days, I find out that neither transactions have been delivered. I called the bank. I was thrown around between customer service and the wire department for 20 hours. 2 days on the phone wasted. They told me the transactions went thru. They even gave me a trace number. I called Bank of America and they tell me the trace number doesn’t exist. I finally call my branch manager.
The branch manager attempts to reverse the transaction. Then the wire department calls me and tells me that the transaction is reversed and that I would get my money deposited back in my account. It’s been 72 hours and the money still isn’t back in my account. I have to call them again tomm morning (Monday) and believe me I’ll be up at 5am pst trying time get thru customer service.
The bank cannot just keep your money! Wow. You trust the bank to keep your money safe. Not to steal your money. Never bank with these people!!!!!!!! Alabama
