Bad contractor work in and around Sioux Falls, SD, area: I am letting everyone know about our experience with Brian Kint. This contractor's work is extremely shoddy, and he is very unreliable. He used obsolete/faulty material on our house without informing us. He also never got all permits. The decks he put on our home do not drain as promised and are improperly installed/constructed. The back deck is sagging. We also discussed re-shingling our roof with him. He guaranteed that he would make sure it would be completed by a GAF qualified roofer. The roofer was not GAF qualified, and he refused to give us the roofer's name. He would not provide us with detailed receipts although we asked him numerous times. I have discovered other un-satisfied people for whom he has done projects. We are in the process of taking legal action with our own personal attorney and Attorney General. If he has provided you unsatisfactory work please contact the Office of Attorney General, South Dakota Division of Consumer Protection by filing a complaint on their website. (how serious am I: our lawyer was over at our home with a forensic photographer. Lots of photos as proof.
