On the 5th of April, 2021, I placed an order totaling about $141.00, at that time, AND UNTIL JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, it stated on their website that most items shipped within 48 hours EXCEPT CAGES. NOW THE WEBSITE reads 3-5 weeks, after I've called and left messages, sent emails etc etc. I assume its someone working out of their garage as there is NO physical address listed ( as I am having to research this for the magistrate's office) and they won't even give you a courtesey call back or process your order.

After about two weeks I called to check on my order, and DID reach someone then. They stated my order was being processed and I would get an email as soon as it shipped. Another week goes by and I call again, this time, someone tells me they are five week out on orders. (what?) I needed these supplies ASAP.

Before I finish my expereince let me first say this. When I was only 16 years old, I bought from this company through my Rabbitry's name. I furnished a 200 doe operation off Bass equipment. They used to be partners with the ARBA and were the GO-TO source for rabbitry equipment and supplies. (what the hell has happened, who knows?)

Now not able to reach anyone by phone, I have been emailing a [email protected]

email address. On May 6th, I emailed the company at 11:57 am EST and got a response about 11 hours later (really? someone can't talk to me in the day time but you can send me a PROBABLY EMAIL at almost midnight?) that my order would PROBABLY ship Friday or Monday. On Thursday, 5/13/2021 I emailed them and asked for a tracking number, with no response.

This morning I have spoken with the DA (since it is internet theft), a magistrate from that county and doing dilligence to file a small claims agains the company. I DO NOT want my money. I want my merchandise OVERNIGHTED to me to resolve this issue in full. If it can no be resolved, we can follow back up with the DA for theft by deceprtion, as well as send letters to the Better Business Bureau and the ARBA.

Although I DO NOT like filing something like this against someone, I hope it will move us in a positive direction.
