I like other customers have been ripped off by this carlot permian basin mitsubishi in Midland Texas.. I was ready to take our car home in march paper signed when all of a sudden they told us the were gonna run our 2015 ford fusion through the service line one more time to make sure it is ok so i said ok then they come back tell me its leaking transmission oil so now im like i dont want this car anymore they assured me it would get fixed and that it was under warranty it had metal shavings in it and agreed i would get my 1500 back if i didnt want the car so i said ok because i dont want any trouble with it down the line. So they give my daughter a loaner which she had to take back because it was under a different name and paperwork was incorrect so then my daughter gets the 2010 ford car she bought back and has it for a week and the ac starts blowing hot air so we take back and they take her a loaner to her job just a key so she drives the loaner for another week meantime they say there waiting on a part for car because we keep checking up on it and its not ready so again as shes driving this loaner she gets pulled over and given a ticket for no tags on the loaner car is towed because she has no contract or proof she has rights to the loaner and car is registered under another name. I can h*o on longer but to make it short she still has not received her car they admitted they dont know whats going on with it havent drove the car for a month and already have to make apayment on it and still in the shop with no loaner..
