Barry has recently opened a new company under his wife's name and uses his sister in laws home address as the business address along with his own. Don't fall for his scams and empty promises....the name of the new company is TRULY UNLIMITED REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS LLC.
If he owes you money and has not paid you go after him.
After reading this I looked into this a little deeper and I don't see where he is associated with the particular company you are referring to. I asked the office manager if they knew Barry and she told me they have no idea who that is. Now granite she's only been there for two months according to her. But so far so good with this company I'm being paid on time and never really an issue was any of my orders I turn in. And according to what all of my e-mail say someone named Angela is the owner of this company. But like I said so far so good and I have not been shorted on any of my payment yet and she really does have a lot of work..

If you did the Work and he didn't pay you, file a claim against him in Florida.
Filed a claim against him and lost because he showed my attorney that his client did not pay him for work I had that i turned in late. He hide behind his contract of no pay if not paid by client. I ended up paying his attorney fees, court costs, and time he lost from work. NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA TO FILE A CLAIM IF YOU SIGN A CONTRACT. I wont be signing anymore like this in future. In fact time to get out of this business because of the top companies not paying all the way down to the bottom person. I was furious with him and companies like his, but my attorney pointed out, I signed the contract and it was my due diligence that was not done. So am i mad i didnt get paid, HELL YES. Am i mad at him, honestly I cant be. It is my own fault..
Stay away from Barry he is a liar and he does not pay. Do not trust him don't ever work with him.
There are several field inspections companies out there that will pay you. Stay far away from this guy.
This person pays us every 2 weeks and even sent me payments early over holidays. I do the work as ask to do. Maybe you did not and a pay was not paid because you did not do work right? this seems to be going on alot lately. Everytime someone bashes this guy, he shows proof that the person did not do their job right. So maybe let us know your name so this guy can defend himself. But i know for a fact he pays on time and early when needed.

Barry Staley is the epitome of a con artist. He lures in new or desperate inspectors in with claims that he’s a family man and that all his contractors are paid fairly and on time. However, Barry per his contract states you’re not allowed to work for other competing companies and you’ll only be paid once he is paid. One is unethical, the other classifies you as a employee. Although Barry’s wife, Angella, is the accountant and a elementary school teacher, it doesn’t cover the fact that Barry is an idiot. He builds fake profiles on FB and even responds to his poor reviews posing as a third party. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to follow the language patterns Barry uses. During my own transitional phase and attempting to bring in more volume I contracted with Barry shortly. The pay was low, the work sporadic, and the demands too high. I resigned nearly immediately and gave notice. I was threatened with bologna lawsuits, threats to ruin my name, defamation to my character, claims I was a felon, etc... I fought tooth and nail and made sure I was paid after I rigorously proved everything he said about me was false. Barry allows inspectors to use other peoples ABC#, defames people, misclassifies workers, holds them to ridiculous contract agreements that wouldn’t hold up in a court of law, and to boot, can’t pay his contractors. To the point of having to take out a line of credit to the tune of 20k, and still didn’t pay them. Barry and Angella have filed bankruptcy and face their own demise... How ironic they’re running bankruptcy inspections...
Maybe you did not do your assignments right? this seems to be a big issue lately and people want to yell at this guy about not getting paid, but he isnt yelling at anyone else about getting their work done right and on time. So there is always 2 sides to every story. I got paid early over holidays and never had an issue in 9 months of working with him. Sounds like you didnt do your work correctly and maybe cost him pay?
Say away Barry does not pay don't work with him ever.
Poor communication, disorganized and will not pay inspectors for work completed on time.

I have worked with many companies in this industry. Yes i currently work with Barry, but I have also worked with many others, TRESG to name another who i recently worked with and still owes me in excess of $5000 and is saying her clients did not pay her. And I have spoken to 3 others who say they are owed over $3000 each and we are all attempting to recover our loss from her thru courts. She is in for a rude awakening when she gets served.
So does this happen in this industry, yes, I am 1st hand proof. But Barry has not done this to me, as of yet, and hopefully doesn't. I have had orders not paid, but after closer look, I was late on orders or missing a picture that was needed. So it was my fault..NOBODY else but mine.
But as for him not paying, I don't see him in any courts on record right now, I see him continuously getting work from clients, and still expanding as of today. So I don't think alot of what is being written here is true, more like other companies trying to damage another company to benefit from their lost work. This is more unethical than anything and just mean. And to bring in his wife, being a teacher, i applaud her for her dedication. Never had an issue with her and I am sure none of you have either, then again what should we all expect from keyboard commandos nowadays.
And if any of you were man or woman enough to state your name to allow him to rebutt, which i am sure he will and will prove all of you were paid and are doing nothing but trying to damage this respectable man's business. So stop hiding behind a keyboard and making false accusations towards a person who is fair and honest and pays his people on time, I am proof he pays on time and never late. So if you're really owed money or have been defamed or have a name he tried to ruin, then set it straight here and let us know who you are. But then again the real liars always hide behind fake screen-names or keyboards.

Barry staley does the same thing to other people and companies . I see him on Facebook all the time stating that companies do not pay and to run.,meanwhile here is all his complaints on the internet for the same thing!. I know this guy first hand and he has scammed so many people. He has gone back and forth using his wife's name, mother in laws name and several other family members names to get contracts. There is a reason for this. He can't keep contracts with clients! If he wants people to not write bad reviews, and I am pretty sure Barry wrote the good review himself, hiding behind yet another persona, he should stop changing his company ame and leaving bad reviews for his competitors. The clients are on to him... believe me... its all documented.... he will lose work and then not pay yet again.... Inspector beware
Honestly never had an issue with any pay. Paid my gas for inspections that were farther away during desperate times and always was paid on time!
