12 year customer of Priceline Rewards Visa. Great credit, never late. Bogus charge appears on my statement for $125.40 from Amazon Oct 2020. Immediately catch it and call Barclay. Issued a new card, refunded. Next month the charge reappears. Called and explained the situation. Amazon emails proof that charge wasn't mine. Faxed info to fraud claims at Barclay. $125.40 refunded for the second time. In December the charge reappears! Faxed Barclay again and told it'll all be sorted out and refund will be issued.

Barclay issues 2 letters saying they have concluded their investigation and the charges were, in fact, fraudulent. I pay my $8700 balance just to be rid of them leaving the $125.40 for them to take care of. Next statement my bill is $196, after I closed the account! Customer service "graciously" refunded me $70.88 in bogus interest charges, but the $125.40 remains on the account. On the phone now with them for the second time today. On hold for an hour and 24 minutes before someone picked up. Now back on hold. Finally spoke to Sam at fraud claims who says this case is at a "higher level" than he can deal with right now and that someone will call me on monday.

After following their every procedure, calling numerous times, waiting for literally hours on hold.....they "can't help me today". Worst, worst, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime of 53 years. Nobody at this company seems to care. Even their hold music is interupted occasionally with, " Sorry for the extended wait time. The weather is bad." Really? It's cold outside. No bad weather in the entire United States at the moment.

A FedEx box was left on the porch of my residence from Barclay's Credit Company with a black Mastercard in it, when I opened the box there was a credit card in it in my wife's name that she did not apply for. My wife suffered a stroke several years ago and was left mentally disabled and unable to properly communicate let alone apply for a credit card.

I contacted Barclay's Credit Services to have the card canceled as the card came with a yearly service fee of $500.00 and told them that the card was not requested by my wife or anyone in the household. They refused to cancel the card unless she spoke to them personally. I explained to them that she is unable to do this due to her condition and that the card was assigned fraudulently. They then insisted I send them a copy of the Power of Attorney I had for her before they would cancel and that she would still be liable for the service fee. Taking the time to do as they requested would be very difficult for me and again requested they cancel the card as it was not requested.

I believe this company may be targeting elderly disabled people and assigning them credit with substantial fees.

Purchased Trailer Hitch,it had to be ordered, I returned a week later to find the shop was closed. Filed a Dispute,called 3 times,noticed Barclay Frontier took the money from my Bank.I called again today,After being routed through the Phillipines, finally talked to a person in Colorado.She said they closed the account because I didn't respond(Lie,Called 3 times) ,She said they love USPS( Sorry service,no mail delivery here),a month has passed,never a letter in my post office box. Lies Lies Stole $524 from a retired guy

I came in contact with Jordan Sears around in september. He explained to me that His best friend works at Barclays bank and sits on the board or higher up in the company. He then explained that after a short application that he would get anyone approved with $50,000 to $300,000 in a credit line.

He says that there is an upfront fee of $500 dollars to get this done. He also says that he charges 4% on the back end when it is all said and done.

A couple of days after the application I was told that i was approved. After about 5 days there is still no contract, no agreement sent over as requested. Jordan will tell you he will get to it, and he has some person in UCLA that does that he hasnt been able to get a hold of her.

so after about a couple of weeks I was told that he recieved the cards!!!

Yes because they dont send the cards to the client they send it over to him.

jordan will tell you that he needs to pay the c.o.d!!!!

He first said after I sent him the initial money the money was sent in with the application.

How ever when he recieves the cards he owes money.

So Jordan tried to get another $750 to $1000 from me. Then I sent him another $500, and then is when it started breaking down.

He tells me he has the money and going to pick up the c.o.d and everything and then you dont hear from him in 2 weeks.

He does not act proffesional at all. He does not return calls. This guy is a complete idot.

After a couple of weeks he says thay have to do a refund. Then there will be the mysterious text from Janet from barclays in germany that will text.

Do not use this guy whats so ever, I used my credit so I filed a claim and got my money back.

Barkley Capital is the company, that I was assigned to, when I signed up with the Qbits system. They would put up your first $250, and you match that to start your account. Information is asked, and your account is open. A broker emails you introduction himself, giving you all his infomation for you to contact him when you need to ask any questions. Everthing was fine for about 3 weeks, after that I did not hear from that broker anymore, and it was at this point ALL HELL WOULD BREAK LOSE!!! I kept emailing that same support manager trying to contact him, but no answer for almost 2 weeks. One day I get a call from this very rude young man that tried to get me to invest more money, and I refuse to give up any more money, and because I refuse it would seen I've been paying for it every since. They won't release any of my profits,nor any of my money to me,I had a chance to speak to an asistant of the support manager, and he and I had words, over this situation,I believe that I spoke up for all the clients, that are being treated unfairly, and I demanded respect from him, and all who were over my account. I kept sending in emails after emails after emails, but no response from none of them. Please people do not use this company for your option trades, go with what you know. I'm hoping that someone could help me or asist me to get all my money back before it's to late!!

I opened a Barclays apple with rewards card in 2015 and bought an iPhone and a bunch of other stuff no problem whatsoever. In late 2015 I missed a couple of payments because of a legal situation and they were not willing to work with me. On top of that they reported the account to each of th three credit bureaus differently. As a side note they just settled with the NY AG for 100M for deceptive practices and s*** like this. Anyway, I wrote to them several times to fix the credit bureau thing they did nothing. Before I did that, I wrote th credit bureaus they didn't change anything. I had a federal lawsuit filed. I'll post an update once we reach some type of resolution. Barclays belongs in the UK. One of their execs responsible for the economic crash in 2008-08 laughed in front of congress and in front of the parliament. Barclays has been fined mor money by the Feds in the past 10 years then any other bank. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS:

I have a new Barclays credit card. About two weeks ago, a business dispute occurred myself which resulted

in this ( fraud company) charging fees for services cancelled. Despite of my cancellations for the services

on their Barclay's Service contract. Though the repairs were completed and charged. The serviceman

placed fees on my Barlcays credit card. Barlclays Credit letter promised me help and delivered

nothing.!. I was able to recieve the funds returned back myelf!

Barlcays has no ability to understand basics such a refund or return!

Speaking to Barclays, is a waste of time and effort.

Most Barclay's representatives are rude and incompetent!

I have read many Barclays Bank complaints!

( many, numerous to imagine!). I wish I had known how

lousy Barclays Bank is to customers!.. I never would have bothered

to have or use their credit cards ( many complaints relating to

this also). If you need a credit card or consider a credit

card or anything relating to Barclays Bank, STOP!

Stay away from Barlcays Bank for any matter

especially their credit card mess!
