I bought a trailer over the internet based on pictures, upon receiving i found out pictures were EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE, trailer is not road worthy or able to pass any type of inspection, trailer has SEVERE salt damage rotting 90% of trailer away, to the point you can see thru the metal.
Althought easily seen in person, the pictures are taken from angles to hide this. Upon contacting Barnone they offered to resell at no cost to me (so they basically implying they'll rip the next guy off).
After buying this trailer I've met a few people that say this is common practice with this company.....BEWARE!!!
In my opinion, here is my honest experience with Bar-None Auction in Sacramento. Clearly I was a registered bidder online, yet none of my bids were taken into account, message said "they were under the discretion of auctioneer" yep the jibber jabbering auctioneer ignored them! They should be called "Buy-None! So then this means, many Sellers are not receiving all the bids that are taking place, sellers are obviously losing money here! WRNG; Do not sell your stuff with Bar-None, as you will suffer huge losses! Is there a motif? Was this auctioneer making backward deals with their staff or anyone who pays them under the table, thus refusing bids online... Sellers beware, could be a theft ring! Only a special kind of theif steals away both your trust and your goods by racketeering! They have been written up and reported; now under Investigation with the Sacramento DA's Office! Warning to Sellers and Businesses needing cash infusion; do not do business with them, call the DA's Office or BBB first, do your due diligence or you may suffer big losses. All of this experience reported is just my humble honest opinion based from actual experience, major problems there, both buying and selling. They clearly demonstrated they are faulty and could care less... Just my FYI and honorable experienced opinion. Seller / Buyer Beware!
Bought car over Internet, Supposedly running. Drove to Oregon State and found car was Blown up and Junk.
Complained to Auction Manager who appologized and said he thought car was operable. He said he would re-sell it with minimal charges to me. I left car and papers there.
Now, they have RE-SOLD the car, and STILL are taking over $4000. total that I paid them !!
They REFUSE to Return the Total money I paid ....for which I received NOTHING !!
