I have been in Real Estate & Property Preservation field for over 10 years. This company goes by multiple names, BPro Services, A.A. Services. Every Work Order I received from them always had an issue when it came to payment.
They would hold payment, stating I had missed something, so I would return to property and correct the "Issue". Afterwards, I call them and they would say everything is fine now. Then next day I would get a call from a different person at BPro and they would say somthing else is now wrong.
They had at least a dozen different people, all sayig different things. Sometimes it was "Lack of Pictures" when I sent over 600 pics, or not posting "Signs" when I clearly did or "failure to check-in". They hardly paid trip fees. No payment for HUD Inspections, FHL Reports, Bids, Property Condition Reports, Out of area mileage.
Every Work Order I completed, I had to fight for my payment. They would over charge the banks and client companies constantly. These people would always add extra work on invoices that was never completed. For example BPro would list 15 Cubic yards debris cleaned when actually there was NO DEBRIS cleaned at all. They kept that money too.
This overcharging, adding fraudulant work invoices, short Payments, and non payments was a regular thing for BPro a.k.a. AA Services, and was done on a daily basis.BPro Services would over charge invoices on a regular basis to companies like Fifth Third Bank, Xome, Service Link, Five Brothers, Wells Fargo.
I finally stopped working for them. I want to let others know about the shady work they offer. Dont respond to their craig's List ads. You will end up paying for all supplies and get stuck with short payments if anything at all. PLEASE BE AWARE !!!
