I dont know where to start. I am so upset. I can no longer accept credit cards due to lying and deceitful practices of this (these) companys ways. BEWARE I should of seen the flags I was doing fine until i was approached by Adept Payments. They told me they were referred to us by one of our partners who "informed them we are overpaying for service" i now realize they never did tell me who referred them to us, i do remember them saying they get so many referrals they would need to check (first red flag) I sent them my statement and they said they were going to save me thousands of dollars because they only charge under 1% (2nd flag...to good to be true) I really was convinced because they said they could process for CBD, but now i had to remove it from my site for approval, but first i had to switch my vape business with no cbd (3rd flag why first?) I figured they just wanted the business, and they knew what they were doing and it was so much cheaper anyhow.
After switching to Adept which really turned out to be Meritcard, i wanted to put up the CBD now but i had to wait 30 days according to them. Not such a big deal but they end up sending me a Bankcard USA application (who they switched me from in first place) WHAT????? Huge flag #4 Why did i switch in first place??? but they said this is how its done just trust them (bad idea) I just went along but after 2 months, now im shut down No warning.and not just CBD site, but my vape business too I spoke to Eric Kelogg who said "this sounds terrible but ill abso lutely fix this for you" No return call. Now he is never available. I called Bankcard USA, they say i was flagged by the bank. (I thought they were the bank. WHAT??) Nothing they could do.
Then i get a call from Chris Jimenez, who says he is the CEO. After his guilt session of how i should of never left them and i did this to myself, but he will do me a favor Now im supposed to sign another appl but has to be under someone elses name, he actually suggested my mother or family member. REALLY? First of all, my application stated CBD, now they send me and application from them shows my original vape company, appeartly Adept resigned my orig account. What is this? This all sounds very suspiciously so i tried applyling else where. WHAT?? I am on a list for Fraud THEY did fraud. What just happened?
Now its xmas, we wait all year for top sales month and im not able to acept payments. Mr Kelogg will not return my call. The website changed to New business. Hiding?? Now there is a different co named Adeptpay online This is smallest of my problems, but after all this, i eended up paying the same with Adept-Mertcard THEYLIED. i called the company, now Texis number....but Meritcard who also just changed there name....P aysafe. What? They did locate my now closed account, and said i neex to contact "the agent" (Adept, Eric, owner) again wont take my call. Agent?? What did i get into...this is a scandal I need help are all these companys a rip oiff?
i am now losing out on hudreds of tbousands of dollars due to FRAUD, which was on part of Adept...and posdibly Bankcard USA (seems they are same company. Adept now bankcardusa west My attorney is trying to pin down the correct entity, since this business sells under several names and keeps changing them. If anyone can assist .PLEASE help me out. I need service and help with these dishonest companies I run an honest company and never would do anything illegal. Adept told me and encouraged me to open the CBD account, that it would be fine, they do this all the time.
