Bank of Little Rock Reviews
Banked with this group since 1994. Recentally they upgraded thier banking system (no big deal right?)... well they opted to wipe all past account transactions prior to update. I though this was strange, and when the need arrised (audit) to get access to the past 6 years... the bank stated that yes... they do still have the electronic records but as a user we can not access (and no plan to give it back).. and since its a personal account, we dont recieve a monthly statement.
The banks resolution to this "removed access" to past history is to charge $25 per hour for printing and mailing the records. This is not only unethical but its engregios. I dont know what happened to this great bank, but they are making a huge cash grab funded by thier account holders at this time.
