Here is the email that I sent them after numerous attempts to return an item:
Yes, BEWARE!!!! they definitely are a scam!! I ordered one of their privacy fences, and it was a joke! Two-inch spaces offering NO privacy whatsoever. I simply opened the package and could immediately see that it was not at all 'as advertised'.
So, I tried to return it. HERE IS MY FINAL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THESE ONLINE THIEVES
Thank you for your offer, however, I am not interested.
Can you tell me why you are not honoring your ‘Return Policy’ as stated on your website?
What is stated there for all of your customers to see is either fraudulent, and must be reported, or you need to return the full amount that I paid.
Again, here is what your company website states. See # 4:
RETURN POLICY
1. Items may be returned by delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.
2. Items must be in original unworn condition.
3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
6. We will process your exchange or refund once we have received the item(s) at our international returns facility.
Notice that it does NOT say, “. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us and we will give you $3.00 back’
Do you think that your customers would find this to be fair and honest??
This is not about the money. It’s about the principal-your dishonest business practices, and that matters. You cannot lie to people in your ‘’Return Policy’ and then steal their money. At least be honest and say “No Returns Allowed’ All Sales are Final. I would not have a problem with that.
