I went to Susan Tanner to have a microabrasion done. Big mistake on my part.
First sign that it was a mistake is she is located in a basement of her home.
Second mistake was her husband hit on me after my appointment in the drive of her (home) office.
Third sign it was a mistake is she is one of the rudest, most unprofessional peole I have ever met.
Fourth sign it was going to be a mistake is, why would anyone have an office in their home if they are serious about their business?
After my treatment about a day later, my face started to breakout so badly I had to go see a Dermatologist. He asked my where I had gone for treatment and I told him Susan Tanner, he chuckled and said he made a lot of money from her mistakes.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Go to a real Dermatalogist for treatments. If you do go to a day spa, amke sure it is located in a real office.
Hi, I don't normally complain about companies or individuals or the services they provide, but in the instance of Balanced Skin Care Center, aka, Susan Tanner, I believe it is warranted.
I use to live near this "business" so trying to be a good neighbor I had Susan work on some cosmetic issues on my face and neck. I paid the normal fees that other people paid but I have to say that in my case, I had to sit there and listen to Susan b***h and moan about a neighbor situation.
She gave me a constant and very definitive update on this situation, which I first believed, but later discovered most of what she was gossiping about was completely untrue. I was un her side untile I witnessed her son verbally attack this neighbor and then was able to see numerous surveillance tapes that showed what was being gossiped about was not at all true.
I stopped going to her business after this, as I suspect is the reason that a once thriving business is now all but dissolved.
Susan Tanner claims she has 20 years experience in the beauty market, I beg to differ. When I visited her at a Botox party, there was no sterile envrionment, it was located in a bsement area of her home, Susan Tanners demeanor was anything but friendly, it appears that is she does use her own products, they don't work at all.
I got an infection from my injection of BOTOX at her party. My dermatlogist scolded me to no end when I told him I received this service from Susan Tanner at Balanced Skin Care Center. Plain and simple, you pay (and overpay) for what you get.
I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to stay away from home beauty business. These people do not want to invest the time and money into proper business, so you should know you will usually get inferior servies and products.

I have witnessed several YouTube videos that show these people lack the moral character necessary to run an honest business. On one of the YouTube videos, Susan Tanner, is shown in a position where it would have been impossible for her to ethically testify of an incidence regarding a neighbor. She testified in Court that Susan Tanner could see this incidence and gave a police report stating she "saw it'.
This was not the case. Why would anyone want to go to a business if the owners have that much hate and disdain for the truth??

Outrageous
If a person running a business can not tell the truth to an officer of the law, then how van she honest in her business dealings.
I was a private invstigator on a case in which Brad and Susan Tanner were involved.
I was outraged beyond belief thesr two busimrss owners seemed to be incapable of telling the truth.

I find that a person of a hogh moral character is needed to run a succesful business.
Gossiping and telling un truths about other people and busineses is not a good idea.
I went to susan tanner and she left me hanging when she got anggry with a neighbor.
With me getting out of my car, susan opened her garage door and started to backup lying about needing to go somewhere.
Needless to say, I have never come back.
