Neither the alleged buyer (Demolition and Excavation LLC) or the alleged seller (Bala Heavy Equipment) is registered in their alleged states' Secretary of State's business listings.
The domain for the website for "Bala Heavy Equipment," which claims to have been in business for a number of years, was only registered a few months ago. Recently, the name of the alleged owner of "Bala Heavy Equipment" on the website changed from Rebecca Sabala to Edward Wiseman (with no other change to the website or to the biography of Rebecca / Edward.)
Sounds like somebody is trying to set up an advance fee scam.
