Purchased a vehicle and they failed to submit my loan paperwork in a timely manner so my loan expired with the bank. They LIED and told me the bank denied my loan which I confirmed with the bank to be a lie! The lazy sales team never sent my paperwork. They then lied to me asking me to come in to sign papers when in actuality they planned on repoing the car when I got there. It's been over a month of returning the car and they have yet to refund my full down payment. I had to threaten small claims court to even get a half way response.
