I was scammed out of $600.00 by this "24 Hour locksmith service". I paid via debit card, to have a new key fob reprogrammed for my vehicle. The "technician" apparently made a critical error, destroying my entire vehicle's computer system, handed me a blank key fob, said "a fuse must be blown" and he "didn't have time", and quickly drove away. Upon examination of the key he handed me, I quickly realized that the key had not even been cut (therefore was completely useless , leaving me unable to lock or unlock my car or trunk, and the fob itself did not communicate whatsoever with the vehicle computer system, rendering the vehicle unable to do anything, even shift into neutral)
so after two days of sitting in a very hot car, and entertaining a small child, triple A was required to bring a flatbed tow truck to tow my vehicle to a dealership, to be completely reprogrammed. (A service That costs more than the car itself). I will be needing the services of an attorney to sort the entire mess out, as the dispatch service refuses to call back or even give out any information, and rather, hangs up when I attempt to call. The "technician" who was dispatched to me (and who consequently rendered my car completely destroyed), works under the name Jonathan Bainerman, "owner" of "Bainerman Solutions LLC.
