About a week ago, I found this information in on the internet through Yahoo search of my name. It's an old arrest record 20 years old. This comes at a time when I'm working, and out in the public as a musician, and artist. I have never in my life seen such evil malicious intent.
They give you an option to opt out, but you have to upload a photo of your drivers license. My information is still there. This is definitely cyber bullying and harassment. I'm being untterly exploited. I have turned in an ic3 complaint, and reported this to the FTC, as well as contacting my governor, and state representative.
They are trying to disrupt and ruin my life, They will not respond to any email, and there is no way to speak with anyone on the phone. Bad business. Unfair trade practice. I feel they are setting me up for extortion.
I have tried several times to contact bailbondcity.com to ask them to remove a listing they have in error about my boyfriend. I have searched the internet, and it looks like this is their common scam. What they do is look for old arrests, then post them on their website and say the person is currently in jail. They don't answer email or phone calls. The only way to get removed is to use a paid website that is probably owned by them also.
The really sad thing is I noticed one mugshot that is missing from their website. The mugshot of Travis P Grant, DOB 08/31/XXXX is missing. Mr. Grant was arrested for felony DWI 3rd offense on 08/24/2009. This is incredible, 3 DWI's before turning 30 years old! I bet his family is proud of him. He probably learned this while he was in prison from 09/14/2010 until 12/17/2011 at Columbia Correctional Instution. He has no respect for the law because he didn't have a valid driver's license when he was stopped for his 3rd DWI, but he makes money hustling people arrested for minor misdemeanors yet he is a felon that cannot vote or own a firearm.
The worst thing is it appears he has a driver's license again. WTF??? In 2014 a new DL to Travis Paul Grant of Gainesville, FL 32606 with a DOB 08/31/XXXX. Why is this drunk on the road? Does he need to kill a child before he is locked up for good?

They must make tons of money ripping people off with their website because it looks like he has a pretty nice house. His background has not been checked yet, but it is a good bet the apple don't fall too far from the tree. Our hope is they will be embarrassed and take down their ripoff website bailbondcity.com so more investigation into these crooks isn't needed.
