They had a contest on the radio. They offer a package for 4 people, then they ask for a payment of $ 200 dollars for in air tax. When you call to book your package is all lie, at the end you must buy the flight tickets, you must pay for the hotel room. They only steal your $ 200 dollars.
I called in to a Radio Contest, answering a question that they asked. Supposedly, after giving my name a number, they said they would call me back if I won. Well I 'won' but during the initial set-up, they didn't only ask my email address, but also the exp date on my State I.D., and my Credit Card details so they can charge me $398, the taxes which they claim. I should have known better! Something didn't feel right. So I called the FTC and they confirmed that this whole thing fit the deacription of a scam. No contest should charge you money, not even for taxes, before going on any vacation. That's bull! The exp date on my State I.D. combined with my name and address is to look me up on public databases to identify me out of a list of similarly named people. Luckily, the day of I wised up. I made phone calls, did more research, and found out I was being set-up. Like the first report mentioned on this website, there's a bunch of hidden fees attached, more charges just to get you. Protect yourself and don't trust these people.
same information was requested from them. They should be imprisoned
Just like the previous report. I was given a fake address as an office in Florida.
Got a phone call. I was told I had two years to travel and trips would be all inclusic=ve, except Cayman Islands. Could never get the reservation when I could travel. When I finally did book one there was all kinds of hidden fees. We were only able to go to Cancun and nowhere else although we paid for these trips because our 2 years were up. They wanted us to extend it for another $600.00. I told them no and requested a partial refund, but was denied. Another trip I scheduled to San Antonio was cancelled by them. I was told it was no longer available, needless to say I had already planned on going. They never tried to booK me in another hotel becasue all their trips require you to attend a SALES PRESENTATION. Thats right, they try to get you to buy a time share. The lady we had on our trip to Cancun was rude and cussed alot to me and my wife when we told her we were not going to buy and were no interested in buying anywhere. She called us "PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS" and said we take vacations with sales presentations as a form of free travel. We paid for our vacations and our airfare. We also paid all the hidden fees. There was no free travel. BAHAMAS ROYAL VACATIONER ID NOTHING BUT A SCAM AND A BIG RIPOFF.
Please do not ever use this company if you want to still have money in your pocket and stress free experience. They take your money, do what they want and then try to explain to you that this is the way it has to be. I do not know how this people sleep at night. Bunch of Liars and nothing else. I just hope there is going to be a lawsuit against them pretty soon.
I concur with the above reviews. They called and offered me vacations in Cancun and Orlando as long as I sat through a 90 minute presentation, for $499.00 Then they offered me another to Costa Rica and also Cayman Islands and Vegas all for $399.00 - They were supposed to send me all the info in an e-mail which did not arrive. When I tried to call them to ask about it, their phone message says they are experiencing a high volume of calls and they will call me back. That has gone on all day. I am cancelling the charge but I may not be in time to stop it.
Bought a package from them that included multiple trips. The offer said (in writing) that I had 3 years to travel. Found out after the first year that I had to "book" all the trips during the first 12 months. They all but agreed that terms were misleading, but would only offered to extend the offer if I paid more $$$ - which I did not do. Total rip off! All you're doing is paying for trips to attend timeshare presentations that are probably trips you could get for free directly from the resorts.
They will take your money offering a vacation package!!!! Don't be caught
This supposed company called me today from a local number to that of mine. They offered me two vacation packages Cancun and Orlando for 4 nights / 5 days for $449 / person. They told me that I would be staying at Villa Del Mar in Cancun.
Later that evening I tried calling back the number that called me as I had additional questions and it's not a valid number nor is the toll free number. There was no direct email contact. I called my bank about this fraudulent company and they have launched an investigation and I have cancelled my card. I guess "if it's too good to be true, then maybe it is." Please don't make the same mistake I did
After buying a package for $299.00 which included the hotel and transportation to 2 different destinations for 4 people. I took the Orlando and Cancun option and when trying to make the reservation I was never able to get a hold of anyone, saying they were experiencing a high call volume , sent emails with no answer, called for a whole month and no one answered. This was a scam, complete ripoff.
There are tons of hidden fees that are not disclosed to you when the packages are offered. I asked several times before purchasing and was told "no ma'am, no other fees." I asked for a refund and was told "that's not gonna happen." When you try to book a trip it's almost impossible. Can't get a rep on the phone, the locations have no availability, etc. The website shows you locations to choose from, but don't get excited because after you book you will likely not end up at any of the locations listed, but in a two star hotel/resort instead. They are running a good game. Complete rip off!
