I am seeing on Facebook

He is apparently running around Europe with a Karen Michelle Estrine AKA Dr. Karen Estrine who works at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami taking our money and using it for a European vacation. He is a thief and I have called the Miami Police Department to assist. I am out $400.00 and will not stop until I get money back for myself and others.

I ordered motorcycle parts from bagger bags, and when I received the product through FedEx a month after ordering, I was not satisfied with the quality. I made several attempts to call them and ask for a refund, and when I was finally able to talk to them, I was told to send the items back and they would give me a full refund. It cost me 130$ to send the shipment back, not including the 1550$ it cost to purchase the items, which was billed on my bank card. After a week of sending the shipment back, I called to see if they had received the package and they said yes, the money would be refunded within 10 days. After the ten days, the money was not back in my account. I had made numerous attempts to reach them, leaving

several messages, never getting a call back. Finally after a couple of weeks, my call was returned and I was told the person who did the refunds, processed refunds on Mondays and to call back the following Monday. I kept calling every week only to get the same answer, that my money should be back on my card, which it wasnt. Only to be told after a month of going back and forth with this business over the phone that I needed to contact my bank and ask them to do a charge back dispute. My bank wasnt able to do this, because Bagger Bags had stalled the whole refund for over a 30 day period. I called back again and told them my bank wasn't able to do a dispute, and they needed to refund the money. They said they were sending me

an email telling me that the status would be refunded within 5 business days, I waited 10 days after receiving the email and still no refund. They said to give it a few more days, and if I hadn't received it, to ask my bank to do a charge back and the bank would charge Bagger Bags a fee for the charge back. At this point, this has been going on for months now, so my bank isn't able to do a charge back. I am now back to square one, and still no refund. I have made several attempts to contact them, finally getting ahold of someone, I ask to speak to the owner, their response was, " He's in a business meeting", and the person who handles the refunds, their response is, "oh he's not here today". Still no refund, out 1,680$ and not happy with the company all around, at this point I would be happy to just get my 1550$ back. But I am at a point now I don't know what else to do.

I bought the same stuff from them and I sent the stuff back the next day I called them and complaints about the parts and I sent them pic of there shitty bags and fenders I posted stuff on all the biker sites I know so everyone knows about these assholes

Did the same yo me. Ordered a rear fender and he sent me nothing. after 2 months and many complaints he sent me a headlight. Refused to refund me unless I sent back the light first. I sent it through a friend who knows him and still no refund. He's a liar a thief and a criminal

Beware all bikers when dealing with Bagger Bags, Inc. out of Lake Worth, Fl. This is a rip off company. They manufacturer and sell stretched saddlebags and aftermarket parts for the biking community. Their stretched bags are pure junk. They claim their products are made in the USA....doubtful. Most likely China.

I recently purchased a set of stretched bags for my Harley. When they arrived the bags and lids were pure junk and extremely poor quality. They were absolutley un-useable and I requested a full refund. I was dealing with the owner of the company, Derek Zeledon and this guy is just a flat out liar. I have several emails that he will refund my money but i have never seen a dime.

He says he has a 7 day return policy but the problem is if your not satisfied with his products emails go unanswered and will not return phone calls. That's how they get out of their 7 day refund policy.

They will ignore you until the 7 day period has expired. However, I returned my junk stretched bags within 6 days and no refund has been made on my credit card.

I will inform people via Harley, V-twin and custom bike forums to purchase custom motorcycle parts from an honest vendor and not these morons.

So be careful my Harley brothers, this is a rip off company to avoid.

Rear fender

I ordered a replacement fender from baggerbags my stock fender messures 8 inches wide. The suppose replacment that the guys says works for my 02 ultra classic messures over 9 inch wide does not work. I called this company and the response that I got was that's the fender for your bike. No it doesn't fit and he said he doesn't understand why it doesn't work. Will not recommended anybody to this company. My business will go to bad dad from now on great costumer service

Bagger Bags Did the right thing

had the same issue as you. Have an 03 Rk and purchased a replacement fender and bagger kit with the company. Bags came in good shape but the fender was off. Was told they would send me a new fender within a week. It took 2-3 weeks but they made it right so I cant be too mad and complain. They also sent me a free shirt so im ok with the outcome

I had ordered a custom set of bags and found her with a 4 inch sweep and after a couple of months of waiting in contacting them to three times a week to find out what was going on with the order I finally received them in the mail they are cracked, chipped, uneven surface and the bags are are such poor quality that the gentleman that is paining them is charging me an extra $500 to prep them for paint. I have tried to contact them I have tried to send pictures to their email and they just don’t care.

Bagger bags junk

Wish I would have read these reviews before buying this junk ordered bags and fender which where “in stock” got them a month later total shit that need lots of body work not minor like u are lead to believe. Lids have major gaps and don’t seal at all; Called three times finally some lady answers said she would send an email address to take pics and they would look at the problem never got it from her might as well just cut losses and throw them away doesn’t sound like I will get a refund after reading the other reviews

Do not , I repeat, DO NOT buy from this "company” and i use that term very loosely . They ripped me off and the more I look into this the more I finding out about of people who have been screwed over as well... they promise your money over and over but it never comes . And anything they send you comes in pieces in drips and drabs. Parts that do not match up... what a disaster. It’s amazing these types of people can rip people off and exist for so long.

Ordered a VTX Adapter ring and Daymaker headlight from them and website said in stock. Well it wasnt in stock and took over a month to recieve. The adapter ring looks like a 3rd grade playdough project gone bad and would not work on my bike. They ignored any attempt on my part to contact them until after the return days passed. After several attempts they finally answered and said they had sent wrong ring. They would send another, well it has been over a month and still nothing from them. I have ordered one from a different company and they have shipped and it is only been 3 days. I have attempted to contact via text, email and website chat with no luck or response. They have 0 customer service and apparently a BBB rating of "F". So they have basically stole $200 from me as well. Stay away from them.

I bought lights from Bagger Bags LLC of Lake worth, Florida for my Harley Davidson. I purchased them on September 9th of 2016. When I received them I noticed I had to actually put them together which i was not aware of. I figured after spending $400 on lights that they would come assembled. Well I soon found out that the lights did not fit in the separate housing that was sent with it. Also the housing that was sent with the lights did not even have the same mounting location as my factory set up. The description also said it would fit my bike which it did not. I contacted the company and they told me they couldn't give me an answer without having my bike there even though I sent them very detailed pictures. They were not very responsive nor did they seem to care that they are falsely advertising product or they sent me the wrong housing setup. So after about 2 months of getting frustrated with them and their lack of response time they told me I could return the lights at my own expense of course. So I did. I told them if the lights are wrong just simply send me the right ones but if you are claiming they are the right ones then I want a refund because they do not fit my bike. I waited about a week after they got my lights back and I messaged them. They told me they got them and they would be sending me my new lights that Thursday already assembled. That was on November 29th 2016. I did not get an email confirmation or a tracking number so I waited patiently. On December 9th I messaged them again for an update and I was told that they were looking into it, 10 days after I was told they were gonna be sending out my new lights. Now here we are on December 24th 2026 and I have still yet to hear about any update on my lights. Still have no lights in my hand. I am out $434. That I paid for the lights in the first place and $23 to ship the wrong lights back to them. It's been almost 4 months now since the date I put the order in. I am beyond frustrated with the way this company conducts their business. I would never buy anything from them ever again. I don't even care how great the product is at this point. When i ordered the 7" daymaker headlights, they claimed it would fit my harley road glide it took them 2 months to send. When i finally received the head lights learned that they want you to put a poorly constructed block of fiberglass on the front of my harley to hold these lights. In addition, the lights arrived for a jeep in a mashed up box. With alp that went wrong with the order, i just wanted it resolved. I sent the owners pictures as they requested showing them i had a custom painted bike and there crappy cowl looked horrendous on the front of my bike. After he dragged my out for another month i finally just requested a refund then they quickly stopped answering my calls. I had to start calling them from other phone numbers just to get an answer. Even then they would hang up and block me.

I can't believe companies like this still exist today. We have to spread the word to prevent these crooks from robbing anyone else.

Sounds like the exact same situaction Im in. I recieved a beat up box wrapped in bubble wrap for jeep lights . The fiberglass mold looked like 2 year old made it. I called bagger bags & sent pictures. I spent another $40 to ship the light back to Florida in the beginning of November 2016. They claimed they never received the pakage back. After showing tracking numbers & signatures of them recieving back the part, they acknowledged they had the part in their possession. The company wont answer my phone calls. Everytime I email them & get the same response..." Your refund is being processed". Its now 12/20/16 & after reading all comments on this forum sounds like I will never see my $500 back

Ordered a stretched fender for $330. after many weeks the product never arrived. Contacted them on several occasios. Received excuse after excuse that it was being sent out but I never received it. The aftre almost 2 months they sent me a headlight. I did not order a headlight. Then demanded I return product before they would refund me for the fender. Don't buy from bagger bags

Same with me. Paid $2100 on fender, bags, fairing , lights and radio. There products are junk. It didn't fit the radio was a car radio that quite working the first time it rained. I never received all the stuff l ordered. I shipped it back they gave me $1000 back and kept $1100 with no explanation. They blocked me from their face book page. I have called their customer service to get more bs . I have emailed their customer service. They asked for tracking number and then not get back to me. I think it might be time for the biker community to ride down there and pay bagger bags a little visit .

Tried to reform wrong order and was over charged in comparison to other companies i was over charged by 80$. They are impossible, but enough complaints to the federal trade and consumer protection attorney general and they will be dealt with accordingly.

I ordered 6" stretched bags and fender with 6x9 speaker lids and led taillights like 4 weeks ago and still haven't received any of the order and when I have sent number of emails to them no response. I'm about ready to just cancel the order and claim fraud on my cc so I will get my money back. This is ridiculous

HID headlight from baggerbags

I purchased a high intensity headlight with white halo ring from bagger bags. Headlight came with no instructions and no wiring adapter harness. After no less than 8 unanswered attempts on fb messenger, voice mail, and email, they finally sent the adapter but still no instructions. Keep in mind, the headlight itself was easy enough to install but the halo ring is wired independently and that's what I needed help with. I have called them and emailed them again with no response. I even left a review on their home page that was scathing but left it opened to resolution if they could at least call me back. Crickets...

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have this great headlight that's very bright but it's not complete because the wires to the ring aren't wired. Very frustrated with baggerbags.

As per the information under the product which I ordered, "PLEASE ALLOW US UP TO 2-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP". I waited a little longer than this to contact their customer service email. I inquired about my order, and was sent this email on March 22, 2016.:

Friday, April 8th, 2016, Deric Tikotsky of Bagger Bags called me, at 9:38am, and said I would have a tracking number Friday or Monday. I have tried calling, I've used their web contact messaging system, I've sent them facebook messages, I've inquired on their facebook page regarding this order (which, the facebook post was subsequently deleted by Bagger Bags), and have had ZERO response. So at the end of the day, I'm out $353.95, and I have nothing to show for it. I have a company that won't respond to me, and I'm probably going to have to pursue legal action.

Was in Florida on a auction drove to baggersbag in ft lauderdale to see baggersbag and finally found there place it was weird the offices were empty but got to see warehouse really busy .got to visit with derik owner and promised the world we spent $600 on 5"stretched bags and lids and replacement rear fender before we left he said he doesn't have fender that we bought and said he would ship tomorrow which he did but when we got it it did not have dual exhaust cutout and call them they sent the right one and we're happy but when started to assemble bags the left bag and lid fit ok to give them a lot of credit the right one did not fit the lid at all 1"gap .I tryed all contact but never gave me the time of day to call or email me back been tring for 3 weeks now derik even changed cell number need to get resolved thanks Mike

I as well have been robbed blind from Bagger Bags Derek Zeledon. I purchased a set of bags and fender. After dis-assmbling my entire motor cycle for "minor Mauch up" I have complete cut and ground away any electra glide classic bell and whistle that will no longer go back on my bike and I find the kit that Bagger Bags has sent me is total garbage. There isnt a shot in hell anyone would ever make these bags seal and fit to factory OEM Lids. Derek tells me to send the kit back and he will send me a new kit! GREAT! Derek communicated he personally had worked on the new set and fit new lids to the bags to ensure fitment and for free would send me the pre fit lids as well! Except the new kit took 4 weeks to arrive and it didnt come with a rear fender! or the lids that he promised! I was furious I sent the kit back to Derek that cost me $75 to ship back to him!

Since then I demanded my money back in which he agreed to.. around and around for months and months weekly contact via email and telephone it was always yea I will take care of that tomorrow what is your paypal adress and I never seen a dime. So at this point I have basically dontated $500.00 to Bagger Bags just out of the kindness of my heart. Since this time I finally gave up I wrote one last reply to Derek. "Derek if coming up with the money to refund me is the issue how about send me a set of the driving lamps and main hedlight set you advertise on your website!" $425 value! anything is better than nothing at this point. I asked for bright white halo rings and a white head light.. I got a Demo or Used Returned set that was in a box labeled Red headlight.. the 2 driving lamps were awesome! bright white halo and a bright white bulb.. the 7" head light ... Blue.... Blue!... on my Red motorycle.. are you shitting me.. I immediately contact derek.. 3 days of no reply im back to threats.. finally he replys back "Im in Daytona I will send a new one tomorrow" that was 12 days ago.. 3 days ago I asked for a tracking # and he replied willsend it now... that was 3 days ago.. I dont have anything..

This guy is a liar, and a cheater, I ended up purchasing everything through B****** Motorcycle parts and couldnt be happier.. its a ton of money but wow what a product! I sometimes take vacations to Florida if im ever in the state this poor customer service will always been in the back of my mind.. I may pay him a visit.. afterall he still owes me $400

This company sold me a set of hard bags and rear fender. When I placed the order with Derrik ( the owner ) he assured me that everything I needed to put this on my bike would come with the order. Well let me tell you my brothers, when I recived my order one of the corners of the bags was broke off so I called and was told they would take care of it, but that didnt happen. Then when I went to mock up the parts on the bike there was no brackets or any type of instructions, so when I called back I was told that I didnt order the bracket kit and that I should just know how to install these parts, so after a very unplesent conversation I had to spend another $200.00 on a bracket kit with the promise of getting some type of instructions or viedo to show how to install this stuff. Now im into this crap for almost $2000.00 and when the bracket kit shows up, guess what? yep no instructions.So I call back again and spoke with Derrik again and this time Im going through this bracket kit with him on the phone because it makes no since to me, the rubber gromets that were sent with this kit are to small and just fall through the pre drilled holes on the bags, he tells me that they drilled the holes to big and I would need to fiberglass the holes and drill new ones. NO!!! I didnt buy this crap to have to fix your screw up. He told me that he would get back to me and asked me to send him some pictures to his cell phons so I did but now after more e-mails and attemped phone calls and messages they wont answer my calls. ( they must ues caller ID and when they see a number from Oregon they dont answer ) I made it very clear to this Derrik guy that Im not looking to get my money back and I just want the correct stuff. I even offered that we send all of my stuff back and they could resend the correct parts and all would be good, but now I cant get them to respond. Does any one in the town of Plantation Florida know of a good attorney that I can ues? This company needs to be stopped ripping people off.

I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission today because I was scammed as well. I also emailed a news station today. If we all get together and make some noise we can stop this!
