We bought a table and came back later when we had more money to buy chairs.
They refused to sell us chairs unless we bought a complete set (table and chairs together).
We reminded them we bought the table from them, and yet they refused to sell us chairs to go with the table THEY sold us, without chairs,only a few weeks prior! Unbelievable!
They set us up buy selling us a table without chairs, then we come back to buy chairs they say we only sell chairs if you buy a table, ridiculous!!!!
So now I have a new dining room table without matching chairs and have to use my old broken chairs from a previous table.
These folks will smile while they take your money, but buyer BEWARE!!
I recently purchased a bed and mattress protector from the aforementioned.
I was promised delivery one week after ordering of my product. This was fine.
I was called before delivery a day before and was told 4-8 PM. I was fine with this.
Well, 8PM came nad went, 8:30, 9 etc.! I FINALLY got a call around after 9 stating a bunch of crap about truck or car problems and WTF ever else! I said basically to get my bed here!
I FINALLY got my bed that night almost 10PM!!! I went to put on Mattress protector for warranty and it was MIA! I called driver and he said he'd deliver next day. He did. The protector was damaged and defective right out of the box!
I was told by te Manager that my Delivery charges were dropped (even though I STILL see them on latest statement) AND that I would have replacement mattress cover on Mon/Tues!!!! Here we are Thanksgiving basically and my thumb is Still up North and waithing for the usual wonderful communications from these LAME UNPROFESSIONALS!!!
