Signed contract Jan 28, 2021and collected first pmt. Started demo of old inground pool in March (took 2 days). Collected second pmt. 25%. He ordered 2A and 2B limestone which I had to pay for (contract says I pay for 2B only).
That's when the excuses started. The pool was delivered. Opps! wrong one. Their fault, of course. It's now May. May 28 order more limestone. He shows up for third pmt. 25% on Aug 5. More gravel on Aug 30. Still have 6' pile next to pool. Oct.7 They pour concrete around pool (no 3' wrap around) for walkway. They never came back to remove framing and the concrete started to crack at the wall joints two days later. They never bonded or grounded the pool before they poured concrete, so it has to be removed. June 24,2022 he showed up for forth check 5%, and brought a junk filter instead of pentair (contract) and now says the pool is up and running. I had to buy another filter system to get it up and running.. June 25 three guys showed up to install the liner. The wall seams were not taped, there was no foam glued to the walls before installing the liner an there are pieces of Krete from the floor poking through the liner everywhere.
Floor was not dry so they just put the liner in and left because they had to go to their real jobs. And had to pay them because Luis did not. I want restitution for what I did not get and damages.
