I'll keep this short. A respectable online review source recommended Livedrive as a backup plan. The least expensive offer was $3 per months from an organization called BackupLizard.
I signed up for the service, downloaded the program and installed it, and backed up the files and folder on my desktop. However, there was no self-evident way to restore the files if I needed to. The "How To" tab was incomplete and misleading.
Inquiries were answered with suggestions that did not apply. Eg., select the blue "restore" button at the top right of the screen," when in fact there was no such button.
Lately, my inquiries have all been asnwered with the same email message. "Someone tried to change your password but don't worry. Your password is still active."
The question doesn't matter; the reply is always the same.
"Help" doesn't help and the only url I could find was [email protected]
