I ordered 2 Marine flags on on May 18th and paid an extra $12.99 for 2 Day Shipping so I would be sure to have them for Memorial Day May 25th. A postage label was created on 5/21 and the package was handed off to the Post Office on 5/28. The flags were delivered on 6/1 and appeared to be of extremely inferior quality.
I did not open the flags and merely examined them thru the transparent packaging. I was told by the vendor that they would only issue a store credit and that I would not receive a refund. I returned the flags to the vendor and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Backyouhero is fighting my dispute.
I'm a veteran and wanted a US Flag and "Back Your Hero" popped up. Price seemed good. $19.99 with 25% off. Shipping cost $5.00. Flag arrived in poor condition. I emailed the company and requested a refund for damaged goods. I received an email back from Ileen stating:

I am sorry to hear that but unfortunately, we can only exchange it for a different size or different product by giving you an online store credit only. Our return policy is on our website.

As you can see your purchase does not qualify for a refund or an exchange since the item was on sale and discounted but my manager is willing to do an exchange for you if the product is in new condition. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

iLeen So if you purchase anything on sale (and the company is always giving you a discoint (which they always do in their ads) you will not be able to return the product for a full refund only an exchange and have to pay for shipping) The discount is their gimmick!! So methe consumer has a hard time returning a product. Ileen's "MANAGER" is "WILLING TO DO AN EXCHANGE". Read the return policy but I suggest you go to another company site for your millitary purchases.
Failed to Deliver after paying expedited 2 day freight. Took over 8 days to get my order. I no longer needed the items as I had to find a replacement. They have a no refund policy and refused to credit my expedited freight. Customer service is alo very poor quality.
