In march I ordered 2 suitcases. There has been no communication from them. I tried to track my order to no avail . It reads no tracking found when I go to the tracking site.
I still have not received any notification from them and as far as I know I am unable to get any where with them. What do I do?
On March 22nd I received an email stating my order had been shipped and I would receive it in 7-9 days. Starting April 11, 2022 I have unsuccessively tried contacting them numerous times. I did get a message from the shipping company saying that my order had been delivered. The email I sent explaining that I did not receive it will not deliver.
All of the shipping (tracking) information is in Chinese and won't translate for me. All of the emails I have sent to baccle have been undeliverable. This is my last resort. I did really want the luggage but need to accept that this was a scam and I fell for it.
I ordered a 2 piece luggage set from Baccle via an internet add in late March. Last week I attempted to contact customer support; however, the email was returned undeleverable. The add states that I should have received the luggage in 7 - 10 days. It was 14 days at the time I attempted to contact customer service.
I have never received any contact, i.e. an email stating item was shipped, or would be delayed. They do not have any cuxtomer service as far as I am concerned. As of today, the item should have been here 10 days ago. But as I said I have not heard from the company since I received mu thanks for ordering email the same day I ordered it.

I ordered a suitcase set order number is 00012786 or it might be 00012876. Ordered on March 25th and order went through PayPal for a company named Baccle and was told the order should take 7 to 12 working days. When I have tried to contact the customer service email address it doesn't ever go through and I still haven't received my suitcase in red.
I want some answers and I want my suitcase set. I've waited long enough and since their email customer service address won't go through I want either my order or a full refund and I want an immediate response to my order and where it is.
