Tim Waller is the owner of Barbor Official and I found that out after months of calling customer service begging for answers. I should've known when the first time I placed an order, I never recieved it. They then apologized and promised to send me a new package and that it would be overnighted. Once again, I never recieved my package. I was in the process of moving so after I moved I gave them a call again asking if they would please refund me or send me my products. Once again, I was promised products I never recieved. I spent over $200.00 with them and nor will they refund me or answer my calls anymore. It is very dissapointing to see that a comapany would do such a thing and I have heard nothing but horrible things about their products and services since explaining to everyone what has happened since the incident. I would never recommend this brand to anyone they are horrible people and nothing but a scam and just steal your money!!!!!!
