As US taxpayers we were ripped-off by B3h Corporation. They are a small US def. contractor. From 2013-2016 B3H had a 27 million dollar contract to teach English to Saudu airforce cadets on a Saudi airbase. B3H made a series of calculations and acts that most US citizen's would pay a heavy price for.
Here's a summary of B3H's conduct in Saudi Arabia that saw them virtually kicked off the airbase and banned them from any future contracts in the Kingdom.
a) B3H under bidded the contract
b) no experince with language contracts
c) employed a weak manager that B3H manipulated
d) issued non work visas
e) exposed employee's to black mold since 2013, and then concealed it
f) failed to act as OSHA as required under federal law
g) concealed Dept of Labor-federal laws and rights from employees
h) allowed American's to fight in the classroom, be insubordinate to Saudi military officers, disrespect Saudi cadets, promoted the most incompetent staff to control them from Florida
i) violated their contractual arbitration clause by having a case disappear via the American Arb. Assoc.
j) ignored a DoD Office of Inspector General complaint
k) colluded with the owners of the SAAD compound who owned the SAAD hosptial with medical staff to conceal the level of sickness the employees had
l) colluded with the US Contartcors onsite compound inspection in March 2015 to conceal the mold
m) concoted stories, told mistruths and acted with complete disregard for others
