They advertise that they will post your craigslist ads for a fee; however, they do not post your ads at all. Everthing they agreed to do Before they got our money), they never delivered on. We submitted exactly what we wanted for our ad copy and they didn't publish our ad copy.
We were told that we would receive a form from them prior to any ad going live, & we didn't receive anything. We called them & they had disconnected their phone number. We emailed them and it came back undeliverable immediately after our payment to them! we have proof of this.
We were promised that we would be able to have 24 photos in our ads...That didn't happen. We were told that we could have our company logo in the body of the ad...That didn't happen. We specifically directed them to publish our contact information, phone number & website address in the body of the ad ...That didn't happen. Hence, potential customers wouldn't be able to contact us. What good is an ad copy if it cannot direct customers to our website or allow them to contact us? What a waste of money!
We asked for our money back. They refused, stating in an email that they "don't issue refunds" and immediately threatened us with blackmail, i.E. we have this all in writing from them! we are the consumer here & paid to obtain services that were not delivered. Stay far away from ths company as possible! ryan, the owner of b2bcraigslist.com, even called me "an idiot" and & wrote in an email that you "are as good as dog s*** to us!" no class whatsoever.
