Just a total bullsh*t scam. Charges a non refundable "search" fee that looks like a 2 year old wrote the agreement then continues to tell you that you can not get a refund as there IS NO TIME LIMIT on hte search.
Purports to be owened by Searches Unlimited who has no clue who they are. Guarantees lender is already ready then makes excuse why THEY rejected the actual LENDER. Lie after lie to get a few hundred $. SAD
The company does a lot of advertising on Craigslist saying they have loans up to $100k available and they specialize in helping people with bad credit. When you go to their site, they seem like a reputable company with a lot of good reviews. The owner Jerry Moore even displays his business license showing he is registered as a "financial broker".
They tell you up front they charge a non-refundable "search fee", which is well documented in the forms you sign. Before I went through with it...I advised Jerry saying I was hesitant and didn't want to move forward with paying such a fee unless they had already pre-approved me for the loan. He replied it would be no problem and that they "already have many lenders on retainer for such loans". I questioned him as to WHY then if they already have "many lenders on retainer" are they making me pay a "search fee"...why are we searching for something he is claiming they already have??? He didn't even have the basic human dignity to answer that question...but I hoped he wasn't lying to me. The fact that you can't even leave a comment or review on their page (makes one wonder how all those other ones even got there or if they are all fake) was another red flag I ignored at the time.
He took the money. Three months later...still no loan. All he keeps saying is they are still "looking for a lender". Even though he previously said they have "many lenders on retainer". These are the facts. I'm afraid I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company or my experience with them, which has caused me an immeasurable amount of financial stress and emotional trauma.
