I was sent a link to purchase through axomall.com from a Microsoft rep since they didn’t have item in stock. Ordered in Jan now it’s almost March still nothing.. The site is down no one to contact. So I made Microsoft aware the link I got from their support rep was a scam. Now they have personal info with bad intentions bullcrap! ..
I ordered an Apple Watch series 3 and the "company” never sent the item but they took my money... after trying to contact them with no returned messages or correspondence at all I saw that other people have been scammed by the same "company”
On January 1st I was online shopping, looking for a late Christmas gift for my grandson. He really wanted an Elgato Capture device for his Xbox and the website he had provided me with the item he wanted was out of stock on it. I happened to stumble across AxoMall.com. They had the item I wanted at a great price so I ordered it. I provided my personal information as well as my credit card information and at the end of the transaction I was told I would receive an e-mail confirmation of the sale and the merchandise would ship in 2-7 days. Three days later I still hadn't heard anything from them so I decided to go onto their website and look into it only to find that the website no longer exists. Upon more investigation I found this site where other people have had the same experience. I have called my credit card company and as of now, no charge has been made to my account but I worry my personal information could be used by someone to set up bogus accounts in my name and my credit destroyed. What a nightmare.
Last week we purchased tow headsets and two wireless controllers my son has been patiently waiting for. I went to go check the status of our purchase and the website is down or gone. I see numerous other complaints and now some random place has my credit card information.
Mother purchased a watch for me and she received an order number using her credit card. More than a week has passed and she was worried that the item was never received. She reviewed her email and then reviewed the company online and was made aware that AXOMALL was a fradulent store with multiple complaints. I tried to access their website and it did not allow me access. I happen to find out they recently changed their name to itargetmall.com. It has the same products and same sort of web design, I tried clicking on the contact page and it briefly said AXOMALL then suddenly no access was displayed. I dialed the phone number 570-647-7258 and it was a generic answering machine with no access to no one. I hope Law Enforcement or Very Good internet lawyer takes care of this phishing scheme.
On December 31th, 2017 I ordered a Kinect adapter for the xbox one kinect. They said they would send a confirmation email and they never did. I never recevied my item I ordered either. So far my card hasn't been charged. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming innocent people. Children patiently waiting for the mail so that they can play their new console. Very disappointed this "so called company" is doing this to people. If there is a law suit against the people responsbile for scamming consumers, I want to be a part of it!!! Make them pay for what they have done.
We are in the same situation. Bought an adapter on dec 25 for my daughters Kinect that she received for Christmas... she’s been patiently waiting for over a month and now i see these reviews. Wish i had been diligent Ana googled this company sooner
On January 1st, we ordered a konnect for xbox360 from axomall.com and they never delivered or replied. We cancelled our card and were not charged as far as we can tell. We should have read the reviews. This site is known for this.
I order a juicer order number 7554706 and was charged on my credit card. I never recieved order and when I went to check order the site no longer exists. How do I get my money refunded to me.
This vendor created a fake marketplace where they advertised deep discounted prices for items. The itmes were never shipped out and the website was removed after a couple of days.
I "bought” a brand new Apple Watch for $200. I put in my credit card information and was sent a confirmation email. Axomall claimed they would send me another when the watch shipped. After a few days I tried to check the status of my order and the website no longer existed. I alerted my bank and no money was removed, but they now have my credit card number, home address, and telephone number. If it were not for my banks policies they might have wiped out my account.
I ordered the hover board on the 31st from axomall. They were suppose to send me a confirmation email, I never received it. I tried calling the contact number and it just rang, and rang, then disconnected and hung up. I have left emails to the company, no response. Now the website is tooken down. I wish i knew where they are. I work to hard for this!! Go get a job like descent people do, karma is strong and real. I will direct it back upon everyone involved in this scam!! I promise, I may not know who you are, but the universe does and I'm sending it!! Foreal!! I am so hurt, I had saved up for this board for my daughter for Christmas. She had to wait till I got paid again to order it. I just don't believe they did this. She is so hurt!!
This looked like a legitimate site. so i put in a purchase for $65.00. Today is my son's birthday and I went to contact them to see where the headphones were. they no longer exist and neither does my money. i will contact the fraud deparment at my bank to see if i can get my money back
I purchased some toys online - never shipped. They had a excellent website- very professional - Now they have my credit card number - I think I may have to close my account. scary.
On 12/26/2017 I made a purchase from AXOMALL online for a PC Joystick for my son. I was worried as this Joystick was selling at all other sites for $150.00 and up and AXOMALL was selling the same Joystick for $75.00 new. Their web site stated I would recieve a confirmation email that never came. Their web site also stated my credit card would not be charged until said item was shipped. I waited several days and noticed I had still had no charges nor any emails from this company. I went back to their web site and sent an email to their customer service and never recieved a reply. I then tried to call the phone number listed on their web page and found the number is not active. Thats when the red flags started going up. I started searching on line and found MANY reports of the same activity going on with this company. Nobody to date that I have read has recieved any of their purchases. I then learned this site has only been active for 35 days. A little further digging revealed this web address is coming back to several locations through out the world. That was the last red flag I needed. Note they have not made any attempt to charge my card but I will not wait to wake up one morning to find my card has been hit. Contacted the bank and had them put a confirmation watch on my account.
I received a link to Axomall in my email inbox. Thinking it was legitimate I ordered two items totaling $115. When I did not get an email confirmation I thought it strange. It was New Years eve so I am thinking that the computers are down. The site claims that it "AxoMall is an educational marketplace bringing thousands of individual content creators, small businesses, and edtech companies together." yet when I typed in paper, stapler, or other items for education no products exited. Going to bank now to change my card. Also the area code listed does not match the street address in California. From the internet "Area code 507 is the telephone numbering plan code for the southern fifth of Minnesota, including cities such as Rochester, Mankato, Worthington, Fairmont, Albert Lea, and Austin."
BEWARE !! aaxomall.com is registered with a short life expectancy, uses an anonymous hosting service that hides their identity and has serious programming flaws which follows the pattern used by many fraudulent and fake selling websites. The website is only 36 days old and already has several complaints on multiple sites. hBe vigilant , due your homework and take extra care before providing any payment information
