I found this Dealer online and called him to make sure that this Lexus RS350 is avaliable and that he accepts Credit Card and we agreed on the price .
I told him him that I will be there to BUY it in two hours.
He assured me that he is holding the car for me and offered me to pick me up at the train station
When I arrived I took it for a test drive and was satisfied, than the salesman tells me that they just got a deposit on the car.
He propsed we shall go to a the other location where the manager is; getting there , the manager (Sergio Mendez) asks me for adittional $400.00 which I agreed, and handed him my cc, than he balked saying he wants a bank check. Of course I refused. Than he tells me I should go look at a different car for a better deal.
I didn't like that car and inssisted on the original one when he refused to take my cc I asked the salesman to take me back to the train station. on the way to the station the manager contact the salesman and tells him to bring me back, and he will sell me the original car I came for and will accept cc.
After we closed the deal on June26th, he gave me temp plates which expired onJuly 15th.
I contacted him the week of the 15th to inquire about the title, he assured me that he is fedexing and that I will have have it by the 15th.
You guess it , he didn't send me the title because he doesn' have it.
After two weeks of constant headaches and sleepless nights and pressure from the NJDMV and the CC Co' he agreed to take the car back.
