As guardians of youth in placement, my wife and I inteacted with Jessica Leiper Simpson quite frequently in which Ms. Leiper coordinated home setting placements within Axis Family Resources. Initially she seemed ok yet off putting in general because of the her off handed gossiping manner. We quickly lost faith and respect for this person as she often spoke very negatively, unkind if not malicious about the staff under her that worked directly with serviced youth in the home settigs. We learned that when these occasions of gossip occured, what followed was the person in which she spoke about would no longer be working with our youth. We later discovered that Ms. Leiper had each time indicated that is was my wife and or I who were displeased when it was in fact Ms. Leiper herself. It is a little difficult to describe because it is manipulative and be very deceitful on the part of Ms. Leiper to engage in such behaviour. My wife and I were always very pleased with the staff who worked with our youth. Ms. Leiper engaged in this behaviour and it encouraged and created high turnover for which she placed blame on us guardians stating that we didn't like the resource staff. High turnover, the constant churn of different staff is not in the best interest of any kids or youth. Thank-you
