Did not listen to me at all when I called about DO NOT SEND ME NO MORE HEMP CREAM AND I JUST GOT BILLED $ 86.70
I have called into your office since receiving this new charge $89.22 on my credit card.
This was charged to my account on March 24th, 2020 when already I had called and ask for no more Hemp cream was wanted.
The man's name was Taylor at your company who originally set me up with one jar of Hemp cream.
Once again I said no I do not want more and I do not want to be on automatic monthly plan where you just keep sending the product.
The person I spoke to understood what I wanted but did not complete my wish as I requested.
The very last comment is that I also got charged on my Canadian Tire Mastercard for $89.22 card credit card and 89.22 on my American Express credit card.
And the breaking news is that I never received my jar of Hemp cream from either your company or the company Client Connect Customer Care that charges for your items as I was told today.
So talk about not listening to my request made. Can you imagine this was done?
I hope that the charge is listed on my two accounts because it sure was on both of my credit cards.
I don't even know why you have my second credit card information for your use.
I am just hoping that there are NO MORE CHARGES without my authorization given.
I want my credit card information deleted and destroyed once I have all my overcharges credited back.
Please refund my money owing to me as soon as possible.
Let's complete this bad experience of a $10.00 purchase received from your company.
Had a conversation with a guy named Scott, Said he would send me a bottle of CBD cream as a trial but I couold cancel if I wanted to. here is the text of his email.
Hey, this is Scotty. I've got the order for the Cream placed. You will not be charged anything for the bottle.
PLEASE email me back here directly on or before MAY 2nd and give me some feedback on it.If you let me know that you don't like it or it's not working like you thought, I won't send more out to you.If you do like it and it's working well for you, then we will send you more but it will be 50% off.
