CRAP! 80+ wasted. They do not offer refunds on this awful product if you purchase it with a discount. Well, they sell virtually everything at a discount so they can take your money and give you garbage and not refund your money to you. The positive reviews must be fake. The colors were WAAY off and did not work as advertised: gloppy mess that is hard to get off.
I ordered through a Facebook ad. I ordered an AVVA DIY master kit and three powders to use with it. The total was 83.97 was charged to my debit card on 6/16/2019. I received my confirmation email on 6/15 with my order number.
I received this email on 6/15 stating my card had been charged and that the charge would appear as 2co.com*vaeliocom 2Checkout.com, Inc. The serve as an authorized payment provider for Vailio Collective.
I have not received any tracking info and when I try to contact them, I am disconnected.
The same happened to me and customer service won’t offer a refund. They offered 10%, then 30% followed by a 50% refund.
What a scam! I think they’ve gone back and changed that refunds aren’t available. What kind of business doesn’t want 100% satisfaction? Shady to me!!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. This company is advertisng on Facebook & Social media. It does not work as described and they do not refund you. It took 2 weeks to get this product, I tried it and it was literally the worst thing ever.
For $60 just got get your nails done at a salon. This dip powder does not work, the customer service sucks and it's a complete scam.
Wow, this is a horrible experience and I have no idea how to go about it. We are under quarantine and everything is shut down.. this site came up on my newsfeed on IG and since I constantly keep my nails up to date, I thought it would be fun to try. Now there’s no update on my package and no response from customer service. I have gone on IG and commented, and nothing either. They charged my debit account and I just want to know how to get my money back. Also, how can we get this site down?! It is not okay for them to continuously scam people.
I feel the same placed my other a few days ago. I received this non active tracking that seems to not be working . I believe in this case if we do not receive our product we can dispute it with our banks .
I also ordered beginning of April. April 14th I received a tracking number, that seems to not even work. It has not moved and if I inquire via email i get a bogus, reply about waiting.
I ordered a dipping nail kit from AVVA and paid online. To date, I still have not received my kit. I did read the reviews, but they all seemed positive until I happened upon Scamion and read all the negatives. Unfortunately, my order had already been placed. I tried to contact the company by phone, no answer just put on music hold, then a disconnect. Tried several times by phone, same thing happened each time. Tried emailing their customer service, no response. Now, after seeing these reviews, I feel scammed and have probably lost my money. Even if I get the product, the negative reviews here make me feel it will be a very inferior product. If anyone can help me, pls. let me know.
I don't know why the negative comments my experience wasn't like that. I was reluctant to order, but their Instagram real-clients story reviews made me do it . The package arrived in 1 week. I'd give them 5 stars, but for now only 4 would be fair. There is a learning curve when learning how to use their products, it's not as easy as it looks in the ad and a real-time step by step video would be useful. However, they were helpful in providing some tips by email and my manicure looks pretty good. I'll order more colors.
Ordered on April 1st. Tracking has been a scam since the order was supposedly shipped. I have reached out to customer service and only to be told the order is delayed because of Covid-19. I think this company need to do better with communicating and if truly a scam, facebook need to remove.
I ordered their dip powder starter kit. It was about $89. When i received the box, the products inside were spilt all over. The powder jar was loose. Also the packaging on the tools it came with were open with broken seals. I reported to them right away. I even took pictures to show them. I asked for a refund and they refused and stated that it was not their fault and “i needed to deal with it, have a nice day”.
This is the worst customer service i’ve ever encountered.
Horrible customer service, horrible product. I get covid and all but let your customers know it's taking 2 and 3 months to get products. Letting products sit in a processing faciltiy for that long is insane. I would have purchased from somewhere that can actually deliver the product. Revel nails sent their product in less . Than a week and for half the price.
The polygel kit is HORRIBLE. The gel is sticky and unworkable, the slip solution makes the gel milky which only makes filling the form all the more difficult, and the forms themselves might as well just be used as glue on tips they are so cheap and flimsy. The website calls them “pop offs” but I’ll be damned if they actually pop off your nail. They require tugging and twisting, which is both painful and totally avoidable by using a higher quality form. The nail lamp is a piece of garbage that doesn’t actually cook the gel, which means the whole kit is useless. Not that the actual product is any better than the lamp. The AVVA website and social media pages purposefully keep negative reviews from being posted, so you only see perfection, which in it of itself should be a massive red flag. There is nothing good about this shady company, including their refund/return policy- they won’t allow either if you’ve bought on a discount (and they ALWAYS seem to be on a discount) or opened the product. I find that ridiculous and the sign of a money hungry, corrupt business. DO NOT BUY FROM AVVA NAILS. We do not need to be supporting a shady business entity under the false hope that their $35 nail kits will somehow be the magnum opus of nail products. They are garbage and will remain garbage until we stop buying into their scam.
I ordered over a month ago. Still no tracking. One of their customer service reps told me if I didn’t have it by the 26th I could get full refund and now they are saying no I need to wait longer. I want my money back and they can keep this package that has not even shipped yet. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever seen.
I purchased a gel nail dip kit from avva nails on 4.22.20. They advertise a risk free 30 day money back guarantee so i decided to purchase. It arrived on 5.20.20. The brush for the top coat is crusted together in one piece. It appears to be old product or not sealed tightly and air got into the product. The cleanup brush frays and sheds hair onto the product. I contacted them to use this money back guarantee and they are refusing to refund my money because i used the product. They said this guarantee is only if the product is lost or damaged. I explained that it was damaged and submitted photos to prove it. But they are still refusing to let me return or refund the product. This company is scamming their customers. I posted on their facebook page and they remove the negative posts.
This company is a scam. You might get your product but the customer service lies and you will not get your package for over a month. They will not refund under any circumstance and will tell you they will but they won’t.
I understand stuff is slow because of quaratine, but this kinda slow is ridiculous. I have ordered from everywhere-china, etsy, Amazon and nothing takes a month to get to my house. Customer service is a joke. Nothing is their fault, no way. Great customer service is good business. If you mess up, fix it. If the customer is unhappy, make them happy. 10% discount for something that is wrong is a slap in the face.
I ordered a nail dip kit on april 11. They sent a confirmation and tracking number. April 15 i sent an inquiry. They responded that it takes 2-4 business days to process order & 3-12 business days to ship depending on my location. Ok, so i’ve waited until today, may 7 to check. The tracking number they gave me is bogus. I’ve sent another inquiry today, but haven’t heard back yet. I hadn’t researched the product prior to ordering, now i wish i had. I’ve probably lost my $89.99.
I ordered from avva nails after viewing an ad in my ig feed. I read reviews, and it all seemed legit. Weeks passed and i still have not received my product and no update on it. I have reached out to customer service and no answer. I’ve reached out on ig and my comments are deleted. It’s not fair for them to rob people. How can we bring this site down?
I thought it was just me!! They keep deleting my comments too which is ridiculous! I had a few comments back and forth with a lady about the status of our orders, nothing negative was even said so it’s super annoying and rude that they’d delete our comments. Last night I posted a comment on the same pic asking why our comments were deleted and they deleted that one too. Fake!!
Read ALL the fine print and options before ordering from AVVA. They’re marketing is misleading and you might not receive all the products that you believe you have ordered!
I ordered the starter kit which shows multiple nude, pinks, and white powers, however, I only received the white powder. When I contacted AVVA by email to inquire about the issue they simple said that I should have seen the select options tab when I was ordering and that there was nothing they could do about it since my order had been processed already. FYI when anyone leaves a comment stating the same issue in their Facebook page, they will reply to the comment asking you to email them and that they “will resolve this”... they only mean that they will point out that when you placed your order that there was a section where you choose ONE of 4 colors for the kit of you can pay additional to receive all 4 colors. It’s hidden away amongst all the other information and no where else does it mention that you must select one color or pay addition for the OTHER “starter kit” that included all 4 colors shown. I felt this was false advertisement and manipulative of AVVA to display photos of a kit with the price of a different kit option but never state that there are two different starter kits. They don’t care about their customers, they only care about your money. Once your order is placed, they have no desire to try to ensure that you are a satisfied returning customer. They refused do anything to correct the issue for me nor did they offer any future discounts or incentives to try to make it worth the aggravation it caused me. I never order products online and this is exactly why. AVVA’s advertising is misleading and I feel that they only care about making money. They got $100 from me for this order but that is the last dime they will ever get from me. I will never purchase from them again and I hope to make others aware of AVVA’s marketing schemes so others will not fall into the same trap.
As far as the product itself, the base cost and the top coat are the exact same product.... SUPER GLUE! I highly doubt that this product is healthier for your nails as most dip products claim to be.
To be fair and give my full honest opinion, the product is fairly easy to use. If you can paint your own nails with regular polish, you will definitely be able to use this product. Follow the instructions very closely and take your time. It took me about 45 minutes to apply the first time and I was satisfied with the look of the finished product. **Very important to allow time for the activator to completely dry before applying the top coat. If the activator mixes with the top coat, it makes the top coat bush harden instantly** Please keep out of reach of children! The bottles are not difficult to open and as mentioned before, the base coat and top coat are super glue.
My order was processed and money taken from my account in less than 2 days, however, it took 2 weeks to actually receive my products here in the USA.

Terrible Service
I’ve been waiting for my order and there are no update whatsoever. I’m going to ask for a refund.
